00:00Welcome to the Pillars of Eternity 1.05 patch note video.
00:04In this video I'm going to detail some of the new changes that are featured in 1.05.
00:09In addition to the new features, we have hundreds of bug fixes, balance changes, and other UI changes
00:15that will just make the experience better.
00:20First up we have the News Feed.
00:22The News Feed will display the latest Pillars of Eternity in Obsidian News.
00:26It's a great place to view patch notes and new features.
00:30News items will be localized into other languages in the future.
00:36Now you can change your portrait and sound set in the game.
00:39Changing portraits and sound sets are quick and easy.
00:42You can change these items from the character sheet by clicking on the gear overlaid on the current portrait.
00:47It works on the player character and any companion created from the Adventurer's Hall or Inn.
00:51You can choose from all available portraits and sound sets.
00:54And you'll get a preview of the new selections.
01:00Now you can name your save games and rename save games.
01:04You can name any of your save games.
01:06When you create a new save you'll be given the opportunity to fill out the name for your save games.
01:11After you fill in the name of the save game you can press enter to confirm the name.
01:16You can also rename save games that have been already created.
01:21You need to click on the name of the save to enter a new name.
01:24Pressing enter will confirm the new name.
01:29We now have an option to remove auto level for your companions.
01:34To turn off auto level on companions you must open the options menu and navigate to the difficulty tab.
01:41On the difficulty tab uncheck the auto level companions check box.
01:45Companions will start at the first level with the appropriate amount of experience and now you can level them up
01:50to your liking.
01:53We have improved item sorting in the stash.
01:57Current sorting features include by type, by rarity, and by cost.
02:02It should make it much easier to categorize and sell loot.
