00:00I'm here in South London at the construction site behind me, where earlier today workers discovered what they think could
00:08be the remains of a human skull.
00:11I was working the digger when I thought I saw something white buried in the hole and I thought, well,
00:16what's that?
00:16So I went to have a closer look. I thought I saw a human skull.
00:20Forensics have been continuing with their investigation here on this site and it looks like they've discovered the rest of
00:27what could be part of that skeleton.
00:28Still thought to be human. Now, the police have taken away those remains for further analysis.
00:34But the results of that analysis have come back and they reveal some rather surprising information.
00:40The skeleton measures well over two metres in length. The arms and legs are much longer than that of any
00:47human.
00:48The skull also has several anomalies. The skeleton is unlike that of any other creature hitherto discovered on Earth.
00:56Additional tests show that the bones are that of a creature which was alive in the 1880s, the Victorian age.
01:04As the investigation is continuing here, it looks increasingly likely that this is not a human that we're looking at,
01:10but something else.
01:12And this thing, whatever it is, could have been alive in the Victorian era.
01:17Terrifying stuff.
