00:00What broke my heart was my innocence. I really thought that when people would write on a resume
00:04and fill out my form that they're loyal, they want to grow with the company,
00:08I'm the person, I'm the ace. Yeah, but I was disappointed more than I was angry,
00:17especially during COVID when certain individuals ran for the hills. And then you had new hires
00:22that stepped up the plate and really became champions. But I have a secret. What I like to
00:29do besides looking at people's resumes and whom I hire, I asked them to turn the paper over and
00:35give me a couple paragraphs, Leon, in regards to a coming of age moment. You ask great questions of
00:41times when you've changed your life. And these are coming of age moments. And you're spot on,
00:46brother. I want to know when you beat up a bully or saved a kitten. Why? Because Leon on his
00:51podcast
00:52or that million dollar account, he might ask you a real question. Can you put the selling aside and
00:57answer a real question? And so I like to see their depth. I like to gauge their English levels,
01:02of course. But maybe Leon will give them a nickname. I will remind them when they were
01:09at the top of their game on a rainy Wednesday when they're sad. Okay.
01:13Okay.
