Dedicated assistance waiting areas have now been installed at more than thirty five stations across the West Midlands Railway network. Campaigner Cameron Wood says the idea began after difficult journeys to Aston Villa matches.

00:32West Midlands Railway says they give passengers who need assistance a clear place to wait before
00:38boarding and help crews offer customers support more easily at busy stations as well.
