00:15Greetings comrades, here from Beijing I came to report about the visit of the President
00:21of Turkmenistan, Gurganguly Berdy Mohamedov, that concluded a three-day visit to China today.
00:30The agenda focused on strengthening the bilateral ties and advancing strategic cooperation between
00:38the nations.
00:39During the visit, he met with the President Xi Jinping, where they discussed energy, trade,
00:46infrastructure and technological cooperation.
00:49He also met with the Foreign Minister of China, Wang Yi, to strengthen diplomatic coordination,
00:58regional security and cooperation in international forums.
01:03On the economic front, the bilateral trade is projected to exceed $9 billion by 2025, with
01:13natural gas being the main export.
01:17They also discussed joint projects under the Belt and Road Initiative, the artificial intelligence
01:25and the digital economy, as well as the clean energy, paving the way to future agreements.
01:33This visit reaffirmed the strategic partnership between Turkmenistan and China and lays a solid
01:41foundation on strengthening political, economic and technological ties between the two nations.
