Australian cooking icon Maggie Beer has been in Alice Springs this week to train aged care chefs. The program she runs is designed to improve nutritional outcomes for elderly residents through specialized chef workshops and mentoring.

00:54We have 90 to 95% people from First Nations, so we try to do food which is related to
