00:05Her son, Amado Forres, confirmed this in an Instagram post on Tuesday, February 11.

00:11She was 65. Forres was the founder of the popular restaurant chain, Chibo.

00:32tribute. Actor Mateo Goduchelli also posts a series of photos he had taken with Margarita,

00:38his beloved tita. Margarita's close friend, designer Rahul Aurel, also shares a video of

00:44the chef laughing during a meal. iCanServe Foundation also honors the life and legacy

00:49of Forres, who was a two-time cancer survivor and a big supporter of the foundation.
