00:01Leeds United's season has not been defined by flair or freedom, but by something far more valuable, resilience.
00:08Selhurst parked down to 10 men and under relentless pressure, they refused to buckle.
00:13Every clearance, every block, every delayed Palace attack told the same story.
00:18This was a side learning how to suffer.
00:21The goalish draw felt more like a point. It was more proof of a growing identity.
00:29We've travelled here to win. I think you could feel it.
00:32And I'm pretty sure if you would have used one of our big chances in the first half or would
00:37have been allowed to play with 11 men in the second half, you would have won this game.
00:42But nevertheless, it's one of the days where I'm so proud of my Warriors and I would trust my life
00:47to them.
00:48Because how we adapted to the strange decisions and strange circumstances and had to play this difficult away game in
00:55under load.
00:56I always speak about, come on, details, 1-2% make the difference.
01:00If you play with one free player less, it's 10% difference anyhow.
01:06And then to show such a resilience and such a solidarity and also good quality and structure and defending it
01:13even in the second half, I think.
01:15We're sometimes even a bit closer to score the winner.
01:17I think it's one of the very rare occasions when the side in under load has more expected goals than
01:24the home team anyhow who plays.
01:26From holding firm at Anfield to grinding through cup ties that stretched into penalties,
01:32Leeds have repeatedly found ways to stay alive in games that might have once slipped away from them.
01:37Their manager Daniel Farker has leaned into structure and discipline, building a team that understands when to fight and when
01:45to endure.
01:46You miss a penalty, you are, although you're by far the better side, out of a sudden in under load
01:53than for the whole second half.
01:56And also the way the decision went against Gabi, everyone was really fired up.
02:01I had to calm the emotions down, then to take the right decisions, what to do, how to change the
02:05base formation,
02:07how to explain also the contents, how we want to defend, how we still want to attack even under load,
02:11what is important for the second half.
02:13And then the third, in the last moment also to motivate them,
02:18give them belief and confidence after such sucker punches just before halftime.
02:22Yeah, but it seems like the leds have listened and again, so I'm very proud how they react in the
02:27second half.
02:28And yeah, I'm fantastic. I'm proud of Margorias today.
02:31It hasn't always been pretty.
02:33In fact, at times it's been uncomfortable viewing a team caught between ambition and survival.
02:37But beneath that tension lies progress.
02:40Leeds are no longer naive, no longer easy to break.
02:45There is still work to be done. Safety is not yet secured, but the margins remain thin.
02:50Their resilience to travel well in the Premier League, especially when pressure tightens.
02:54And right now, Leeds United look like a team that won't go quietly.
02:57Leeds are no longer easy to do.
03:00Leeds are no longer easy to do.
