00:00It's time to roll out the red carpet for the 98th Oscars on Sunday and we're breaking down
00:04everything you need to know about the big show. Ryan Coogler's Sinners leads this year's
00:10nominations with a record-breaking 16 nods, marking the most nominations ever received by
00:16a single film. It's followed by Paul Thomas Anderson's One Battle After Another with 13
00:26nominations. Both films will compete for the top honor of Best Picture, alongside Begonia,
00:31F1, Frankenstein, Hamnet, Marty Supreme, The Secret Agent, Sentimental Value, and Train Dreams.
00:39Conan O'Brien returns to host the show for the second year in a row. During his recent cover
00:43shoot for The Hollywood Reporter's Oscar issue, he shared how he's been preparing to emcee the
00:48ceremony.
00:49There's a certain point during the preparation process where you realize you've gone too far.
00:54I had a scale Dolby Theater built in my basement and I've hired lookalikes for all the stars.
01:01Timothee Chalamet, Michael B. Jordan, the Scarsguards. I've actually just got the Scarsguards,
01:07they were available. And I've run through the Oscars 75 times in my basement. And it's starting
01:13to be diminishing returns, you know? So I think I need to just do the show now.
01:18When it comes to performances, Sinners and K-pop Demon Hunters will be honored with special
01:23performance moments that will include their respective Oscar-nominated original songs,
01:28I Lied to You, and Golden.
01:38As for other notable moments, the show's producers have teased that Oscar viewers will be treated to
01:43a very special Bridesmaids reunion, and quote, a Marvel reunion for the superhero fans featuring
01:49superstar superheroes. The night's superstar presenters will include last year's Oscar
01:55winners, Adrian Brody, Mikey Madison, Zoe Saldana, and Kieran Culkin, as well as Gwyneth Paltrow,
02:00Nicole Kidman, Pedro Pascal, Jimmy Kimmel, Anne Hathaway, Chris Evans, Robert Downey Jr.,
02:07Priyanka Chopra, Paul Meskel, Maya Rudolph, and many more. You can watch it all go down live on ABC and
02:13Hulu from the Dolby Theater in Los Angeles on Sunday, March 15th, starting at 4 p.m. Pacific,
02:197 p.m. Eastern. And for all the latest coverage of the 2026 Oscars, be sure to go to THR
