01:32Yeah, so the things that scare me in real life are, you know, like things that aren't supernatural, so this
01:39didn't necessarily help me overcome that, but this definitely sort of helped me realize that spooky things can come from

01:54You know what I mean? That something is as sort of benign as your house plant.
01:59Very true. I would say for me, I guess Alex helped me get over my fear of like pushing my
02:08boundaries, I guess. But yeah, she's a very like physically tough character and I'm not. So that was really cool.

02:19You represent the two different generations in the story of the show that are connected as tradition or on goosebumps.
02:30Did you feel that often the sins of the fathers are visited upon the children?
02:35Yeah, you know, it's funny. I think for my character, Jen, she was a lot like her daughter when she
02:44was young and sort of a rule breaker and, you know, being very mischievous and going and maybe doing things
02:51that she shouldn't have, which is why she became a cop when she was a grown up.
02:56And now she is trying to lock down her daughter as much as possible. And she's such a rebellious, rebellious
03:03kid.
03:03So, yes, I definitely think sort of what Jen experienced as a kid has informed her as an adult and
03:11as sort of that's our that's our complication.
03:14Yeah, that's our miscommunication.
03:17Yeah, yeah. Did you had fun playing the detective and put pieces together like in the first episode with the
03:27board and everything?
03:29I loved it. I loved being able to sort of sleuth around. And there's so many times when I'm literally,
03:35you know, walking around trying to figure out clues or chasing after her.
03:40And I got to fight a lot with David Schwimmer, his character. So because we have a very complicated past,
03:49our characters. So, yeah, I enjoyed every aspect of being able to play a cop and I got to carry
03:55a gun. I mean, it was yeah, it was great.
03:58And for you to Francesca to play the daughter of a cop that is a teenager to how it was
04:06to balance that two sides of her character.
04:12Yeah, I mean, it was tough because she's so rebellious. And I think this show speaks a lot to like
04:19generational trauma.
04:21That's why I keep getting so serious. But yeah, I think it was really tough because also Alex is going
04:29through a lot.
04:29She's figuring out her identity and she's queer and her mom's a cop and she's a felon.
04:34And that was a lot. But I had a lot of fun. And Anna is just a blast. And we
04:41really enjoyed spending time together. So it was fun.
04:46So we could say that fear among generations is communication is the lack of communication in a way.
04:53Absolutely. Definitely. Okay. Anna talked before about a ghost in her house. Did you add any spooky mysterious fact on
05:05set that happened?
05:08Definitely felt we were shooting at this really old fort and it really felt haunted to me.
05:15And I kept hearing noises that nobody could explain.
05:23It was Galileo hiding in the corner. But no, I was lucky enough that I didn't actually experience anything supernatural.
05:31because I don't know if I would have recovered from that.

05:39We had like a pet crab that was dead. He's the scariest when his claw fell off.
05:44That was the most fear I've ever felt in my life.

05:55That's a good question. I take Halloween very seriously.
05:58And I believe in the art of the costume. But I love a food holiday. So I love Christmas.
06:05Mmm. I have kids. So Halloween is really a lot of fun.
06:11You know, getting them dressed up and seeing what creative solution they're going to do.
06:18But, so yeah, I love Halloween. I don't know that it's my favorite, but I definitely dig it.
