00:00Because you're both an expert of it from being on reality TV and then also as a reality television commentator
00:05and interviewer from these stars,
00:07did you give advice to any of the contestants on Age of Attraction before it started?
00:12Yeah, I just tell them.
00:13Or did they ask you or did people ask you for advice?
00:14Yeah, a little bit.
00:15It's just, I always tell them that, you know, your most vulnerable self is your best self.
00:19And just, not to sound cliche, but just lean in.
00:23You've come this far, you didn't come this far to not be remembered.
00:27You know.
00:28Yeah.
00:29To make, you know, like just be honest.
00:31I think sometimes when you walk into these shows, you get nervous, you see the cameras, you clam up a
00:35little bit.
00:35You're like, I don't want to cry.
00:38I don't want to look stupid is usually a feeling.
00:41And again, sometimes what you think is you looking stupid is someone watching the show really connecting with you and
00:48empathizing with your situation and rooting for you to overcome the challenge that you feel like you're facing.
00:56And I think when it comes to, like, you know, one of my best moments on reality TV is like
01:01me getting broken up with or dumped.
01:03You know, and how did I respond to that?
01:05You know, I had some bad moments.
01:07I had some good moments.
01:08But, like, we're not usually looking when we're watching reality TV for perfection.
01:14We watch reality TV because it's a mirror.
01:17Yeah.
01:17And then we see ourselves or we see our exes or we see our friends.
01:21And it's just a lot easier to judge the people on reality TV than ourselves or our friends.
01:25But that's why we watch it.
01:26So we're not looking for aspiration as much as relatability and things like that.
01:33So, you know, that's just something I reminded our cast of.
01:35Oh, I love that.
