00:00Recently, I was on an American show called the extreme radins
00:06which in English is called Extreme Cheesecake
00:11Hello everyone, I hope you are doing great
00:15In the video of today, I will share with you two of my favorite YouTubers
00:19that can help you learn French or improve your understanding
00:24So I won't talk too much, let's go
00:28This video will be split into three sections based on how much French you can understand
00:31so the timestamps for all of that will be down in the description
00:34So the first YouTube channel is going to be InnerFrench
00:36And if you've been learning French for any amount of time, you probably already know this channel
00:40but if you don't, this is a great place to start
00:42Depuis quelques semaines, je reçois beaucoup de messages à propos d'Arsène Lupin
00:46Apparemment, les étrangers adorent cette série
00:49et pas seulement ceux qui apprennent le français, comme vous
00:53So Hugo talks about a lot of different subjects from French culture
00:57to society, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera
01:00And he speaks super clearly
01:02Honestly, he'll have you believing that you understand French 100%, okay?
01:06Because I remember I would be watching his videos and I would be like
01:08Dang, I've only been learning French for two weeks
01:10but I feel like I could go to France right now and understand everything
01:13The next YouTube channel is going to be Piece of French with Elsa
01:16She also does a variety of content
01:18and sometimes she'll do interviews, she does a lot of vlogs, sometimes sit-down content
01:22And I really like her vlogs because you can learn a lot of French and vocabulary
01:26specific to whatever she might be doing that day
01:28Là, le vert glace, c'est comme de la glace
01:31qui fait qu'on glisse, donc y'a pas trop de vert glace
01:35Next, we have French Mornings with Eliza, which is a similar channel
01:38And I especially like her series that she has called French in 3 minutes
01:41where she gives you just little tips and tricks that can help you improve your French
01:45The last beginner type channel that I'm going to mention is Easy French
01:49And this channel consists mainly of street interviews
01:51So you really get exposed to a lot of different styles of talking
01:55Different accents, different slang terms
01:57And every video has a different topic
01:59And it's really quite interesting, I really recommend it
02:01And they also have their subtitles in English and French
02:03So now we're getting into the intermediate channels
02:06And these channels are not meant to teach French
02:08They're just about subjects that I like
02:10So a lot of these channels do not have subtitles, be prepared for that
02:13The first channel I'm going to mention here is Bruno Maltor
02:17Now I actually really like this channel
02:18He talks about travel, solo travel, what is the life of a travel filmmaker
02:24So if you're into travel or filmmaking, I really recommend this channel
02:27Now his channel does not have subtitles
02:29But I feel like he speaks very clearly and not like super fast
02:32The next YouTuber is Leslina Luberto
02:35And she also talks about travel
02:38She's been to a lot of places actually
02:40She's been to Colombia, a lot of countries in Latin America
02:44As well as West Africa
02:45And she talks about her experiences in all of those places
02:48Tips about travel
02:50I remember she did a series on Palenque
02:52Which is a Afro-Latino city in Colombia
02:55And it was super interesting
02:57So I recommend checking her channel out
02:59Okay next we have Gregoire
03:03I'm just going to put the name on the screen
03:04But his channel talks about productivity, studies, a little bit of finance here and there
03:10He studied law actually
03:12So he made some videos about his time in law school
03:15How to remember everything you've ever studied
03:17Best methods to study, things like that
03:20So if you're interested in that I definitely recommend checking out his channel
03:23He does talk a little quickly
03:24But I feel like he still talks pretty clearly
03:27Next, next, next, next
03:30Laura Moonsie, okay so she
03:33These days she makes more vlogs
03:35But back when I used to watch her a lot more
03:37She would make videos about her life in the United States
03:41What she thought about the United States
03:43How people are in the United States
03:45And as somebody who grew up here
03:47It's pretty interesting to see it from another perspective
03:50And if you aren't in the United States
03:52You might also find it interesting
03:53And I will say she does talk very clearly
03:56And she does not talk fast at all
03:57So this channel I just discovered it recently because of a podcast that he started
04:01His name is Willem
04:03And when I was listening to this podcast
04:05It's like a YouTube podcast
04:07Like it's a video podcast kind of
04:09And I was listening to it
04:10And his voice is like very nice
04:12It's very like calm and relaxing
04:14And as you saw it in the title of this video
04:17Today the theme is
04:19To leave the Antilles to live in France
04:21But anyways, he speaks very clearly
04:23I don't really think there's a need for much subtitles
04:25Which he doesn't have them so
04:27But anyways, this guy is from the West Indies
04:29Where Guadalupe, Haiti, Saint Lucia
04:32All those countries are
04:33A lot of those countries speak French
04:34So in this podcast episode
04:36He was talking about how he moved from the West Indies to France
04:39It was pretty interesting
04:40He also talks about pop culture, things like that
04:43But I did only watch that one video about the podcast
04:46So if you do check out his channel, let me know what you think
04:48Now we're getting into the advanced ones
04:50I don't feel like they're too advanced
04:52Like if you could understand the intermediate ones
04:54These won't be bad at all
04:55I just feel like they speak a little bit faster
04:57So the first one is Crazy Sally
05:00I really enjoy her channel Ashley
05:01Even though she hasn't uploaded in a little minute
05:04But she touches on quite a few cultural issues, social issues
05:08And she's recently started her series called The Motherland
05:10Where she goes to different countries of West Africa
05:13Or rather the French speaking African countries
05:16And she just shares her experience there
05:18Shares about the culture, the people
05:20As somebody who wants to travel in the future
05:22I've thoroughly enjoyed the episodes that she's made
05:25Next we have Daring Tia
05:26Now she as well talks about culture issues, societal issues
05:31Also a little bit of current events
05:33I feel like she does talk a bit quick if you will
05:38But you know we can work up to it, it's no problem
05:40Okay and then last but definitely not least
05:43We have Looch
05:47Looch
05:47Looch
05:48Looch
05:48Looch
05:48Maybe
05:49I've done things that I'm not proud
05:50But after all
05:52What a human being is perfect
05:53We are God's creatures
05:55Now if you want to laugh
05:57This is the channel for you, okay
05:59He does a lot of story times
06:00And there's one story time guys
06:01I don't know why
06:03But I found this story time so funny
06:07I'm
06:08I'ma put it in the description, okay
06:09But anyways
06:10He does talk a little quick
06:11I feel like
06:12And he does use a lot of slang
06:14But you can kind of
06:16Piece together like what he's saying
06:18Even if you don't know a specific word
06:19And remember for any of these channels
06:21If you check them out
06:22And you watch a video
06:23And you're like
06:25I cannot understand this
06:26It's okay
06:27You can come back later
06:28Because a lot of these
06:29At one point in time
06:30I had watched one of their videos
06:31And I was like
06:32No, no, no
06:32I cannot understand this
06:33But then as a little bit of time passed
06:35I went back
06:35And I was like okay
06:37So this is what they're saying
06:38This is what they're saying
06:38So remember it's all a process
06:40And then I would like to give
06:42An honorable mention
06:43To Sammy Oladito
06:47So this is another comedy channel
06:49And I'm just including this
06:50Because it's one of my favorite channels
06:52In French
06:52I wouldn't say it's super great
06:54To learn French
06:55Because he reacts to English shows
06:57So the videos are like
06:58Half English and half French
07:01But they count the cereals
07:02They count the cereals
07:03But it's a child or a bird
07:05The child must go to school
07:08What did you eat this morning?
07:0914 cereals
07:11And 35 gouttes of milk
07:12But if you're looking for some entertainment
07:15It'll be in the description
07:16And you can also learn some slang for him
07:17So those are 12
07:19Well actually 13 of my favorite youtubers
07:21To watch in French
07:22And if you haven't have any specific youtuber
07:24You like to watch in French
07:26Please drop it in the comments below
07:28Because I feel like it is much harder
07:30To find interesting content in French
07:32Than it is in Spanish
07:33I don't know
07:35Just my opinion
07:36But anyways drop that in the comments below
07:38And we'll see each other in the next video
