00:02Grazie.
00:04Grazie.
00:04Grazie.
00:05Prego.
00:07Ti stavo aspettando.
00:13È tempo.
00:15So, without giving spoilers,
00:19fear of being lonely
00:21can bring the worst part of ourselves out.
00:26I want to ask you, how can we transform fear
00:30into positive energy?
00:34I think the best way
00:37of transferring fear to positive energy
00:40is to play some music.
00:43And then just let it go.
00:45Just let it go.
00:46But we all have that in our heart,
00:49in our mind.
00:50And sometimes, you know,
00:52I wake up in the morning,
00:53I wouldn't say there's a fear,
00:55but there's kind of uncertainty.
00:58But somehow, you know,
01:00when I start making music,
01:02when I start listening to music,
01:04it's all dissolved.
01:06You're speaking about music.
01:08Music is a universal language.
01:10We can all understand it.
01:12So, can we launch the campaign
01:15More Music, Less Hate?
01:17Can we launch it right now?
01:19Sure, I mean, this is why
01:21I think this project,
01:23The Night Cracker and Four Rims,
01:25is so important because,
01:26as we all know,
01:28the Night Cracker Ballet
01:29is the most famous art form,
01:33especially during the Christmas time,
01:36holiday time.
01:37But obviously, this movie is not just about
01:39the story from the ballet.
01:42It's quite actually a different story.
01:44But it has a huge influence
01:46from the most beautiful Tchaikovsky music.
01:52But obviously, we had a new kind of arrangement
01:57or like a new creation.
01:59I would say new creation from James Newton Howard.
02:02So, he made this, the whole theme,
02:07more like a fantasy fairytale.
02:10But in a way, it's a very,
02:11it's not a kind of overwhelmed, loud music.
02:16It's a more intimate piece.
02:18So, in a way, we focus more on the emotions
02:22of intimacy of emotions
02:24and this intensity of colors
02:27of the minor changes between the characters
02:33throughout the whole soundtrack.
02:37So, in a way,
02:38this is one of the,
02:39certainly the best soundtrack
02:40that I ever attended.
02:42And to work with Gustavo Dudamel,
02:46my favorite conductor.
02:48And obviously, you also know
02:50that there's an amazing ballerina,
02:52Misty Copeland.
02:53We made a music video together.
02:56And obviously, for the N Quirly song,
02:59is my another great favorite artist,
03:02Andrea Bocelli and his son.
03:04By the way, I know his son
03:07already many years ago.
03:09And I was really overwhelmed
03:12by their performance.
03:13I was like, wow,
03:14he's really, really talented.
03:16I mean, he was talented before.
03:18I mean, he was playing piano a little bit.
03:19I remember we had a wonderful family time
03:22at his home.
03:23But now, you know,
03:24listening to this beautiful voice.
03:27I was quite impressed.
03:30I read on internet that you wanted to play piano
03:34because you saw Tom and Jerry's.
03:37So, do you ever think that maybe listening
03:40to one of your concerts,
03:41a little girl or a little boy could say,
03:45oh, I want to play piano too?
03:46is something that makes you glad, happy?
03:50Yes.
03:51I mean, certainly that my aim,
03:53my mission is to bring classical music
03:56to a much bigger audience,
03:58especially toward a lot of newcomers.
04:02And I think this film is exactly why we're doing it.
04:06You know, because this film is a huge blockbuster film
04:10around the world, but it depends the roots
04:14from one of the greatest music from the music history ever.
04:20I mean, the Tchaikovsky Nutcracker.
04:21So, I think this piece has exactly the right appeal.
04:25Like when I was a kid listening to Tom and Jerry,
04:29it's the same appeal.
04:30I would say, and I hope more children will get into
04:34the classical music world, fairy tale, you know, fantasy.
04:38Okay. Thank you so much.
04:39Yeah.
04:39Thank you.
04:40Thank you.
04:40Bye.
