00:04Ilμoro in fondoio di scop, radio di scopo
00:05Quando io first readva il scritto,
01:03è l'endettura.
01:06La viscola,
01:08sometimes terrifyinga,
02:38fino a 3 o'clock, 4 o'clock in the next morning.
02:42And then every morning, depending on how late we had stayed out the night before
02:47with the police officers, we would go on to fight training.
02:57Janet kind of brings a different sense of reality,
03:35come in e she can handle probably all three of us all at once,
03:39all three of those characters all at once.
03:42And I think she really does, and I think she's pretty extraordinary in the movie.
03:46We had a great time doing that part of the whole film.
03:52It was a breath of fresh air to have a little romance in the middle of all the things
03:58that these two guys have to go through.
04:06Dave was, I think, immediately taken by America.
04:09I mean, he called me up as soon as he met her and he was like, she's amazing.
04:12Her sister is a police officer.
04:15She's extraordinary.
04:16I couldn't think of anybody more perfect for her role.
04:22And she is unrecognizable in this movie.
04:27In my opinion, you see her and I wouldn't know that that was the same girl as an ugly Betty.
04:33And that's a testament to her acting chops and also, again, to her commitment to this movie.
04:44What I really hope that people take away from this movie is what is essentially its best quality,
04:52which is its heart.
04:54And that is what makes this movie different from any comedy I've ever seen.
05:02and what's made it as special as any of my most, like, I think the best movies I've ever been
05:10a part of,
05:10is the true devotion and the heart that was put into it.
05:16And it's hard to explain because, you know, you see the clips of the movie and it's full of action
05:22and it's full of suspense and it's really terrifying a lot of times and really thrilling
05:27and it's full of all the things that you want for a movie, most definitely.
05:31But what I really hope they take away from it is how much love these guys have for each other.
05:42Officers Val and Officer Taylor are, you know, constantly patrolling the streets
05:46and they're dealing with what, you know, many of us have seen in movies or in real experience.
05:51It happens on streets in South Central with the police officers.
05:55And then they start getting into some houses that are controlled by the Mexican cartel.
06:03They don't know that they're controlled by them but they start uncovering stuff that they,
06:09like you would on a routine call, by mistake, sometimes by coincidence,
06:16sometimes by, you know, just pride.
06:18They follow something a little too far and they continuously, a couple times,
06:23run into these houses that are controlled by the cartel.
06:25Human trafficking, massive movement of drugs but particularly a lot of human trafficking issues.
06:35And they are spotted by some of the heads of the cartel as being dangerous
06:41and getting in too deep and so the cartel puts a hit on them.
06:52I am incredibly proud of this movie and I am really, really excited for people to see it.
06:59I think it marks something for the police genre.
07:04I think it marks something for movie making and personally it's something that changed my life.
07:09And I think that the experience that Mike and I had in a police car is hopefully what you will
07:15get in a way,
07:16one way or another, when you go see this movie.
07:19It's something that changed my life.
07:20I know it changed Mike's life and we hope, consequently, in a little way,
07:24it can change other people's lives.
07:26And just to have that experience of what police officers do on a daily basis,
07:30their relationships, how much they care about each other,
07:33is to me invaluable for people to see.
07:36So, let's see.
07:36Let's see.
07:36Let's see.
07:37Let's see.
07:37Let's see.
07:38Grazie a tutti.
