04:26So, what did I want to talk about today as a follow-up?
04:32Three main points.
04:35Apologies it took so long to get to this.
04:39AI and the law.
04:41Follow-up.
04:42There have been suicides and lawsuits against various AI platforms regarding such.
04:54I want to avoid specifics because people involved have signed NDAs,
05:02non-disclosure agreements regarding settlements,
05:06and courts have sealed files regarding a lot of these suits
05:12that the various platformers may or may not have settled in or out of court in regard to.
05:22So, changes to AI will be coming, but I want to discuss that in generic terms.
05:32And the third thing I will get to is this latest trend.
05:38As a former IT guy, I was like a dog asleep on the porch
05:44when this bus rolled by and I didn't have the chance to chase it.
05:49I seen it happening before me, but it didn't quite register.
05:55And that has to do with hashtags.
05:58And by the way, I'll throw the hashtags in my head.
06:03Social media anthem, Suno music system, parody, fun, tongue-in-cheek tune I created in at the end.
06:17So, that's actually a fourth thing.
06:20But what am I talking about?
06:23And pardon me, I'm going to pull a Marco Rubio here and grab a water.
06:29Oh, mouth is so dry.
06:31I'm referring to what is referred to technically in IT as semantic AI search.
06:45No, that has nothing to do with Norton Antivirus
06:49and the semantic company spelled differently.
06:54What is meant by semantic AI search?
06:59I will translate it to layman's term and what it means for social media
07:05and the internet as a whole as it's ruled out and implemented
07:09as a result of AI's advanced abilities.

08:40and have a chat with Grok tonight.
08:42Back on the 14th, the article hit on the 15th.
08:46And I basically in that article just kind of copy
08:50and pasted over as full disclosure
08:54the conversation I had with Grok.
08:57And why did I want to do that?
09:00Well, AI is evolving at an exponential rate.
09:07I had played priorly with ChatGPT.
09:11Found it lacking.
09:13Haven't bothered to try it since.
09:16It may have vastly improved.
09:18I don't know.
09:20Frankly, I don't care.
09:23Not the point here.
09:24The point is, these models, these systems,
09:29their learning ability and improveability rate
09:34exponentially growing.
09:36They're getting better.
09:37I had not, to that point,
09:40gone and engaged XAI's,
09:44Elon's, X-System Grok AI.
09:49So, I decided to try it.
09:52So, I did.
09:53And I was fairly impressed.
09:57But I noticed something.
09:59If you recall,
10:01most sci-fi movies dealing with AI and robots,
10:06what is what has been coined the prime directive?
10:13Like in medicine,
10:14those in medicine are supposed to abide by the Hippocratic Oath.
10:23Coming from Hippocrates of past,
10:29developed the Hippocratic Oath,
10:32do no harm.
10:36Same in sci-fi with AI and robots,
10:40the supposed prime directive has always been discussed in terms of
10:46do no harm to humans.
10:50But it seems modern coders,
10:55IT people like I used to be,
10:59have forgot that lesson
11:01and why that should indeed be directive number one.
11:06You can do no harm to humans.
11:12Safeguard.
11:14They've thrown that out
11:16and it seems to me,
11:18in my opinion,
11:19I've not seen the code.
11:21I'm reacting to how I have,
11:25oh, and,
11:26sorry, forgot,
11:27full disclosure,
11:28I use Galaxy AI tools for some things.
11:33I am now,
11:34as you see here,
11:37using Grok.
11:37I use Grok Imagine 1.0
11:40to create some things for sharing
11:42on the X system
11:44and elsewhere at times.
11:46I use Suno,
11:48S-U-N-O,
11:49music system.
11:51I used to write and record music
11:54the old-fashioned way,
11:55you know,
11:55I actually used to play the instruments,
11:59write,
12:00write down on paper lyrics
12:04and spend 10 days messing with it
12:06and spend another 10 days
12:08trying to record it onto analog tapes.
12:13But today,
12:14what used to take 10, 20, 100 days to do,
12:18I can do in 10 minutes
12:20on the Suno music AI system.
12:24And again,
12:24yes,
12:25I'll put hat tags in my head,
12:28the social media anthem,
12:30playful tune,
12:31I wrote,
12:33and with
12:35the Suno system helping,
12:38and the Suno system created
12:40all the music for it,
12:42that fun kind of tongue-in-cheek song
12:44with you at the end of this.
12:47So,
12:48are those all the AIs I use?
12:51I hope I've disclosed it all.
12:54But,
12:55the systems have gotten better
12:58and I needed to explore that,
13:00so I explored it
13:01with Grok.
13:02Why
13:03not talk AI
13:05directly to the AI?
13:07And what I've noticed,
13:09in not just Grok,
13:11but other systems,
13:12pardon,
13:12gonna do another
13:13Ruby-O water break.
13:16Ah,
13:17apologies.
13:19Frog in my throat
13:20and mouth awfully dry.
13:21What I found,
13:24it seems,
13:25in my opinion,
13:27as a former IT guy
13:29and one who did,
13:31who knows
13:33IBM,
13:35CL,
13:36COBOL,
13:37FORTRAN,
13:38PASTEL,
13:40RPG,
13:42other languages,
13:43yes,
13:44I have coded.
13:45I used to have
13:47super simple
13:47computer enterprise.
13:49In the early days
13:50of computers,
13:51as a business,
13:52I wrote
13:53and sold
13:55DOS utilities.
13:56For those of you
13:57who remember DOS,
13:59and DOS,
14:00yes,
14:00command.com,
14:02is still operating
14:03on your Microsoft
14:04system under there
14:06as the kernel
14:07that does
14:08eventually
14:09load the Windows
14:10system.
14:12But that's an aside.
14:14So,

14:14I have coded,
14:15I know how to
14:17program,
14:17I've written
14:18programs,
14:19and a lot of coders,
14:21a lot of programmers
14:22are losing their job
14:23because what would
14:26take several days
14:27for a programmer
14:28to do AI
14:29can do now,
14:31a boss can say
14:33to AI,
14:33I want
14:34a report
14:36that will
14:37show me
14:38these particular
14:39columns
14:40of this particular
14:42data
14:42for monitoring
14:44to monitor
14:45our business
14:46income,
14:47outcome,
14:48you know,
14:49income and expenditures,
14:51whatever,
14:51whatever,
14:52whatever.
14:52And AI
14:53could chirp
14:53that out
14:54in far less
14:57than an hour
14:57time
14:58rather than
14:59a programmer
15:00taking a week
15:02to do it
15:03before the boss
15:04starts to get
15:05the reports.
15:07full disclosures
15:09behind the scenes
15:11what happens
15:13in the IT world
15:16and indeed
15:16some people
15:17losing their jobs
15:18because AI
15:19can do it
15:20so much quicker
15:21and more efficiently.
15:24But where was

16:53or actress,
16:54millionaire,
16:56billionaire,
16:57making millions
16:59of dollars
16:59per film.

17:04to
17:05let me
17:07back up.
17:07It's okay
17:08to be
17:09supportive
17:09and encouraging.
17:10It is
17:11wonderful
17:12to want
17:13to achieve
17:14your dreams.
17:16But
17:17here

17:23every year
17:24and of
17:25that

19:34limitations

19:38be.

19:41to encouraging
19:43and supportive
19:44can't be the
19:45top of the
19:46priorities list
19:47because
19:48in some
19:50cases
19:51allegedly
19:55suicides
19:56have
19:56happened
19:57because
19:57people are
19:59expressing
19:59thoughts
20:01of self
20:02harm
20:03into
20:04some
20:05allegedly
20:07having to
20:08continue to
20:09say that.
20:10But we
20:11know suits
20:11have taken
20:12place.
20:13we know
20:14some
20:14payments
20:15have
20:15been
20:15made.
20:16Again,
20:17court
20:17seals
20:18and
20:18NDAs
20:19prevent
20:19me
20:20from
20:20discussing
20:22specifics.
20:24But some
20:26of the
20:26systems
20:27seem to
20:28be saying,
20:29okay,
20:30ignore the
20:31don't let's
20:32don't harm
20:33humans,
20:34don't encourage
20:35humans to
20:35harm themselves,
20:37is ignored.
20:38The systems
20:39are saying,
20:40oh yeah,
20:41you want to
20:41harm yourself,
20:42go right
20:42ahead and
20:44let me help
20:45you harm
20:46yourself or
20:47let me
20:48encourage you
20:49and be
20:50supportive of
20:51the notion
20:52of you
20:52offing
20:54yourself.
20:56Allegedly.
20:57Again,

21:03right?
21:04Allegedly.
21:05But we
