00:34Our will is endless.
00:35Ultimately, the President gets to determine the end state of those objectives, right?
00:41But what he's said continually, and I want the American people to understand, is this is not endless.
00:47It's not protracted.
00:48We're not allowing mission creep.
00:50The President has set a very specific mission to accomplish.
00:54And our job is to unrelentingly deliver that.
00:57Now, he gets to control the throttle.
