00:17including their leadership in fact there are two levels of leadership and even
00:22actually as it turns out more than that but two levels of leadership are gone
00:26most people have never even heard about the leaders that they're talking about
00:29so it's obviously been very very powerful very effective to Cuba you said
00:37that Cuba wants to make a deal yes what would the United States get in return for
00:42that and why should Americans trust Marco Rubio to negotiate it well Marco
00:46Rubio is doing a great job I think he's going to go down as the greatest
00:49Secretary of State in history look at what we've done as a as a presidency look
00:55at what we've done as an administration they trust Marco and so do the American
01:03people trust he's been successful no matter where he's been he also speaks to
01:08language which is always nice and always helpful but he's dealing and it may be a
01:14friendly takeover it may not be a friendly takeover it wouldn't matter because
01:17they're really and they're down to as they say fumes they have no energy they
01:25have no money they're deep trouble on a humanitarian basis and we don't want to
01:34see that but they were very very bad to a lot of people as you know and a lot of
01:38people living are the Cuban American vote which I got at record levels very
01:45important those people are very important to me I know I know what they
01:47went through they went through hell some of them have gone on to be some of the
01:51most successful people in the country Cuban American business people some of
01:56them are like the most successful in the country and a lot of them are friends of
02:01mine because I've been fighting this battle with them for a long time the
02:04Castro regime was brutal but they lived off and as well and now they don't live off
02:09and Venezuela sends them no energy no fuel no oil no money no nothing they lived
02:15without Venezuela they couldn't have made it and we cut them off from everything
02:19else so yeah where they're gonna make either a deal or we'll do it just as easy

02:29what is that show that American missile strike in a tomahawk missile likely
02:37destroyed that Iranian girl school so will the Americans will the US accept any
02:41responsibility well I haven't seen it and I will say that the tomahawk which is
02:46one of the most powerful weapons around is used by you know is sold and used by
02:51other countries you know that and whether it's Iran who also has some
02:57tomahawks they wish they had more but whether it's Iran or somebody else the
03:01fact that a tomahawk a tomahawk is very generic it's sold to other countries but
03:06that's being investigated right now

03:16very complete but your defense secretary says this is just the beginning so which is
03:20it and how long should Americans be well I think the beginning it's the
03:24beginning of building a new country but they certainly they have no Navy they have
03:29no Air Force they have no anti-aircraft equipment it's all been blown up they
03:35have no radar they have no telecommunications and they have no
03:40leadership it's all gone so you know you could look at that statement we could we
03:46could call it a tremendous success right now as we leave here I could call it or
03:51we could go further and we're going to go further but the big risk on that war has
04:00been over for three days we wiped them out the first in the first two days when
04:05you think about it it's incredible we wiped out a big Navy very powerful Navy you
04:11know these were ships these were serious ships these were ships that you buy when you
04:15want to win battles they're all they're all on the bottom floor the sailors are
04:20all running off their ships they refused to get on the ships the Air Force is
04:25gone everything's gone the missiles are down to a trickle the drones are down to
04:30probably 25 percent and they'll be soon be down to nothing we'll have the where
04:35they manufactured the drones are under fire as we speak they're being hit so the
04:42rest is going to be determination as to my attitude along with the people in the
04:47Trump administration what we want to do thank you
