00:37connecting the three provinces

00:41Also, yung connection from Eastern SAMAR

00:44to Basay,

00:44na eight kilometers na lang ang kulang,

00:47pa-prioritize natin yung mga yan

00:49next year.

00:51And yung mga ibang

00:52mga priority roads

00:55natin galong-galo na

00:56yung anti-insurgency efforts

00:58ng ating AFP,

01:00na talagang priority

01:02ng ating Pangulo.

01:04Eh, tatapusin natin yan.

01:07Marami lang ito,

01:08hindi ito matatapos

01:09in the next one to two years,

01:11pero ang commitment po,

01:13ipoprogram na natin multi-year appropriation

01:17for the next five years.

01:19So, hopefully,

01:22ipapriority dito.

01:31pero sa anti-insurgency

01:33national security efforts

01:39Ang kulang is roughly about

01:4220 billion pesos.

01:44Malaki ito.

01:45Pero kung ano man ang kaya natin ponduhan

01:49between 2027 and 2028,
