00:00A morning as a mom of one, two, three, four, five kids.
00:04It's the day after the hurricane. We did get a lot of rain and briefly lost power but thankfully
00:09we are all doing okay. We are expecting more rain later today so as a precaution I will be staying
00:15in with all of the babies. I spend most of my mornings singing and reading to the quads to
00:20keep them entertained now that the wake window is a lot longer during the day. For my oldest I was
00:25able to use a play-doh set to keep them busy and entertained throughout the day. After some
00:30reading and singing and a whole lot of chaos I had barely enough time to pump enough milk to feed
00:35all four babies. After burping and changing their diaper it was time for the swing so I could get
00:41started on lunch for my oldest boy. It truly is never ending around here. To make matters worse
00:46it started to rain again so we will not be able to go for a walk today. Thankfully our four
00:51babies
00:51have been very patient and haven't had any accidents. Now that the quads are down it was Dre's turn to
00:58take a nap. Usually he goes down for one or two hours which is great because it gives me enough
01:03time
01:04to pump and wash some bottles. I'm hoping to be able to get a small break in between maybe 15
01:11or 30 minutes
01:12of quiet time so I can recharge and my sanity can make it to the end of the day.
