00:00Taking my one-year-old quadruplets for a two-mile outdoor walk while older brother spends quality
00:04time with Dada and his car ramp. Ever since having my surgery I've been making an effort to go on
00:08daily walks with my quadruplets not only for my physical but also for my mental health. So to
00:13everyone who has noticed my weight loss and commented on it I just want to take a moment
00:17to say thank you. Having to chase after five little ones while trying to recover and not
00:21having any higher help was no easy task but I'm so glad to finally be feeling normal again and
00:26starting to see results. Despite not always wanting to due to the workload of motherhood
00:30loading my kids into their stroller and going for a daily 30 to 45 minute walk I know will set
00:35me up
00:35for success. Not to mention the quads absolutely love their change of scenery and any opportunity
00:40to get out of the house. Once this mama was tired from pushing over 100 pounds worth of babies for
00:45over two miles in this Florida heat it was time to head back home. And on the way back we
00:49got to stop
00:50and see older brother's awesome car ramp and racing skills. Greg kept asking if he could go down the
00:55slide with one of his siblings but that was an absolute no. Here's two more workouts for a healthy
00:59body and a strong mind.
