00:00Hi guys, this is a much overdue life of day. As you guys can see, I am now back at
00:09the
00:09hospital for the third time. And I'm going to try to keep this short and as honest as
00:17possible. I have had a total of five procedures. Out of those five, two of them have been emergency
00:28surgery with the most recent happening just two days ago. That was the most
00:34complex and invasive surgery out of everything I've had because they actually
00:40had to drain my lungs and my liver. I have a total of four to five drains on the side
00:51of my body, which if anybody ever have had a drain, you know just how painful it is.
00:58So, I'm having to manage the pain for that. I am currently on oxygen. I'm hoping to come off.
01:06That has been trying to balance that because my lungs were so restricted. It was hard for me to
01:13breathe or not get out of breath. But I think we're hopefully on the other side of that.
01:19I did get my neck vital vein removed and thankfully I got the arm one as well removed. So, we
01:31are making
01:31good progress on some things and seeing God's hand through it all because this has been more than God's,
01:40more than words can describe. So, it has been a lot but we are hoping to get out of the
01:48ICU either today or tomorrow.
01:52I am celebrating that I got a wipe bath today because when you're in the ICU, you don't even get
02:00an actual shower.
02:01You just get wiped down. So, I'm celebrating my little victories. I was able to walk today. I was able
02:13to do two laps.
02:14I was obviously assisted because my body is so weak from everything that has happened that it's not easy for
02:21me to move around.
02:23But again, we're focusing on celebrating the wins and that's where I'm at. It's been something I truly cannot describe.
02:35But I have been able to see God's hand through it all. I am thankful and grateful for everyone who
02:41has reached out to me.
02:43And although I have been getting a lot of people asking like what do I need, I cannot think right
02:49now on making more decisions
02:51than I already have. So, if anybody feels in their heart to do something for me, I'm more than grateful.
02:57Like I had a friend send me a Grubhub gift card because I do get celebratory meals every once in
03:04a while when I'm not in a liquid diet.
03:08Or I told a friend to send me things because I want to laugh. So, they've been sending me memes.
03:14So, I really just, if you want to do something for me, I'd rather you tell me you want to
03:19do something for me.
03:20But please don't ask me if there's anything I need because right now I'm so overwhelmed with emotions and decisions
03:28and trying to process everything from the surgery that I feel like I'm going through a lot.
03:34So, that's the update I'm going to give you because my machine is starting to beep, which is probably my
03:39oxygen or heart rate.
03:41But I am okay and we are simply working on a journey to recovery.
03:47So, I'll keep you guys posted if anything changes.
