At the Special Chemical Industry Research Institute, Doctor Tanzawa has created a new form of energy called PS73. Summoning government officials, a test of the new energy's destructive capabilities is held. During the test, a mountain is obliterated easily. Regardless of the danger, though, the government sees value in PS73 as an energy source, especially as it's noted to leave no radiation or pollution behind.
