Zone Fighter Ep.23 - "Secret of Bakugon the Giant Terror-Beast"

A family taking a stroll in their car suddenly finds themselves driving on the train tracks rather than the road. They each look around confused about how they ended up on the tracks. Meanwhile, a woman dressed in black observers from a distance. Shortly afterwards a man is found in a field, believing he is water skiing until the laughter of onlookers makes him realize he's on dry land. The same woman dressed in black observers the incident as well. Actually a Garoga in disguise, she reports back to headquarters that the hallucinogenic gas is successful.
