00:19After the events of 1986, the Vice City Court accuses Tommy Versetti of fraud, drug trafficking,
00:25money laundering, contract killings, international military conflicts, and worst of all, tax evasion.
00:31The judge finds Tommy guilty and issues a warrant for his arrest.
00:35Versetti manages to escape to another city and hide for some time,
00:39abandoning all his property and money, and also breaking off all contacts with friends and business partners.
00:44During this time, his lawyer and good friend Ken Rosenberg manages to get Tommy Versetti acquitted.
00:50The charges were dropped, but all property, including real estate and businesses, were confiscated.
00:56After about six months, Tommy returns back to Vice City to reclaim what belongs to him.
