Hi guys! Here's another follow my instructions/do what I say, but this time, you can do most of it with your eyes closed! I feel like a lot of you (me included) like to listen to ASMR without the video, so now you can do that. :) (Though it still has some visual triggers for those who like watching)
Triggers include ear to ear whispers, tapping, hand sounds, mouth sounds, water sounds & spraying, mic scratching, personal attention, tracing, face brushing and more~

00:05Hello, hello, hello, hello, so I'm going to need you, yes, you, to do exactly as I say,
00:24okay, no, don't worry, it won't be hard or anything like that, I just need you to listen
00:33very, very, very carefully, but you can do all of my instructions with your eyes closed,
00:46closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, closed, does that sound okay?
00:57Good, okay, my very first instruction, blink with both eyes, blink, blink, blink, blink,
01:10Good. Now, close your eyes. Close your eyes. And if possible, keep them closed the entire time that we're together,
01:24okay?
01:28Are they closed? Let me check.
01:33Okay, they're closed. I'm gonna try to open them. And don't let me open them, okay?
01:40Good, okay. Well, then we can go ahead and get started. Get started, get started, get started.
01:54Okay, so, can you tell me which ear I am speaking into and touching? Left or right?
02:09Good. Good, good, good, good. And now, which ear am I speaking into? Good, good.
02:22All right, I'm going to make this sound. And you tell me which ear you hear it out of, once
02:30again, left or right?
02:36Good. Good. Good. Good.
02:51Okay. Your eyes are still closed, right?
02:55Okay.
02:57So next, I'm going to make a sound in this ear with my hands and whisper a word to you
03:04in the other ear, okay?
03:07And you tell me what word that is.
03:11Ready?
03:15Avocado.
03:18Good. Now the other ear.
03:25Pineapple.
03:29Wonderful.
03:33Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful.
03:36You are doing most excellent.
03:39Most excellent, most excellent.
03:46Okay. Now I'm going to tap on a few things.
03:50Can you tell me how many times I tap, okay?
03:54Okay.
04:00Don't open your eyes. It doesn't really matter what I'm tapping on.
04:03And the important thing is how many times I tap.
04:06Are you ready?
04:14How many times?
04:18Good.
04:19Good.
04:27Excellent, excellent, excellent.
04:29I'm going to tap a bunch now and just listen.
04:33Okay.
04:34Just listen.
04:35That is all you need to do.
04:38Okay.
04:42Okay.
04:57Wonderful.
04:58Okay, so those were just our warm-up exercises to finish up this warm-up.
05:07First, loosen your forehead.
05:11In fact, loosen every muscle in your face.
05:16Good.
05:17Without doing anything with your eyes, your eyes should remain shut.
05:23Okay.
05:24And now scrunch up your face like you just tasted a very sour lemon.
05:31Good.
05:32Good, good, good, good, good, good.
05:34Now relax.
05:37Relax.
05:39Relax your face.
05:41Relax your face.
05:44Very good.
05:45Now scrunch it up one more time.
05:49Good.
05:50Now relax it.
05:52Okay.
05:54Make sure that your jaw is completely relaxed, especially in depth, and that your teeth are not touching.
06:04Good.
06:05Good, good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
06:08Okay.
06:09So let's get back to some more auditory instructions, okay?
06:17So I'm going to tap, and you're going to tell me when you stop hearing the tapping, okay?
06:25Okay.
06:25So let me get the thing I'm going to tap on.
06:31Okay, so I'm going to be tapping on my phone, and you tell me when you stop hearing the tapping,
06:39the tapping, the tapping, the tapping.
06:53Good, good, good, good, good, good, good.
07:11wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, okay, next, I'm going to spray some, spray
07:28some water, and you tell me how many times I spray, okay, how many times I spray, how many
07:36times do you spray, are you ready, okay, close, I was a little fast,
07:58okay, let me try a little slower, okay, a little bit slower, a little bit slower,
08:15how many times was that, good, good, good, okay, let's do it again,
08:28good, good, good, good, good, one last time,
08:38and that, perfect, perfect, perfect,
08:57so next, I'm going to touch a part of your face with a very, very, very soft brush, and you're
09:06going to
09:07tell me which part of your face that I'm touching with this brush, but don't open your
09:15eyes, okay, don't open your eyes, are you ready,
09:26good, correct your nose,
09:35yes, your eyebrows, good job,
09:44yes, your eyelids, wonderful,
09:48as you can tell, it is a very soft brush, okay, keep those eyes closed,
10:07yep, your ears, good job, now tell me which ear I'm brushing,
10:15good, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, I'm going to brush another part of your face,
10:26brush, brush, brush, brush, your forehead,
10:38how about there, your chin, okay, you did that part, excellent, excellently,
10:52I have another little tool here with me, and no need to open your eyes, but what does it sound
11:00like,
11:02you can just tell me your guess,
11:17yes, it is a spoolie, with one side of this brush being the spoolie with the kind of rough bristles,
11:26and the other half being a very soft brush, brush,
11:34brush, spoolie,
11:37so I'm going to touch your face with either the spoolie or the soft brush,
11:44they feel pretty different, tell me which side is touching your face, okay,
11:57yes, yep, yep, yep, yes, okay, I'm going to do the same thing to your ears, are you ready,
12:15good, good, good, yep, yep, yep, you did wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, wonderful,
12:40okay, I have some more instructions I'm going to need you to follow, so keep listening, keep taking deep breaths,
12:50I think I forgot to tell you this in the beginning, but continually take deep breaths,
12:57while I am giving you instructions, okay,
13:06I have another face touching exercise to do with you, so let me grab that really quick,
13:18without opening your eyes,
13:22can you guess, can you guess, what these are,
13:34it's kind of a hard question, because not everyone knows, but I will tell you, they are little,
13:45glass face massagers, that have glitter in them,
13:53and they are designed especially to be put in the fridge, and then they cool down,
14:00and they are good at helping with circulation, and redness, and puffiness in the face, and they are face massagers,
14:13they also make these really lovely, these really, lovely water sounds,
14:24so again, tell me which ear you hear the water sounds in,
14:35good, good job, okay, now, one of these is room temperature,
14:42and the other is cool, from being in the fridge,
14:47I'm going to touch one to your face, and you tell me room temperature, or warm, or cool, cool, cool,
14:57cool,
14:57are you ready, alright, I'm touching it to your face now, warm, or cool, good, now I'm going to go
15:12faster,
15:12and you tell me, okay, good, good, yep, perfect,
15:32perfect, you are just, just too good, just too good at this,
15:48I'm going to hold these over your eyes for just a second,
15:56there we go, alright,
15:58alright, now listen to the tapping,
16:17the next set of instructions, I have, involve some more tapping, so, let me grab those,
16:36I have a water bottle, and part of it is rubber, and part of it is glass, and part of
16:43it is wood,
16:46I'm going to tap on all three parts of the water bottle, and you're going to tell me which is
16:51your favorite, okay,
16:59and also tell me which of the three you think it is, rubber, glass, or wood,
17:15okay, a little faster, ready, also which was your favorite, okay, perfect, so, here we go,
17:28good, good, good, good, yep, now that's the wood, this is the glass,
17:46and this is the wood, it's just very slightly different, the rubber is pretty obvious, I think,
18:04all right, well, that was easy peasy for you, I think, easy peasy, so, next, I have a series of
18:15questions that I'm going to ask you,
18:18and it is a visualization exercise, so, if your mind's starting to wander, bring it back to me, bring it
18:26back to me,
18:27okay, focus on me, not with your eyes, just with your mind, focus on me with, or focus on my
18:34voice,
18:35I should say, focus on my voice, and focus on my presence here with you,
18:44okay, so, answer these next few questions quickly, off instinct, okay, so, don't think too hard about it,
19:03tell me, what kind of house, your dream house would be, starting with, the style, Victorian,
19:15a little cottage, super modern, okay, now tell me, where is the house,
19:24is it in, a really pretty suburban area, or a big city, or the countryside, okay, good, how many bedrooms,
19:37one, two, three, four, maybe five, okay, good, good, good, good, let's see, does it have a pool,
19:52does it have a garden, does it have a garden, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, okay, so, next,
20:06I want you to tell me three things that you feel right now, and what I mean by that is
20:16physically feel,
20:17so, maybe you feel, so, maybe you feel, your bed, or your chair, or maybe you feel, hot, or cool,
20:28things like that, physical sensations, three, three, three, not four, not five, three, tell them to me,
20:43okay, okay, okay, next, tell me two things that you hear,
20:52if you can only hear my voice, you should be hearing a minimum of two things right now,
21:01for example, my voice, and my hand sounds, maybe my fabric of the jean jacket, the jean jacket that I'm
21:13wearing,
21:23but maybe you hear something else, like, a bird dripping outside, or something like that,
21:39okay, so, two things that you hear, and lastly,
21:47I'm not gonna ask you what you see, because you should see only darkness, because your eyes are closed,
21:56so, I'm going to ask you one thing, that you smell,
22:03that you smell right now,
22:07if you smell anything at all,
22:10because when you stay for a long time in a room, or when you've been exposed, excuse me,
22:20to a smell for a long time, your nose tends to, or your brain tends to erase it,
22:26so, if you smell something, tell me what it is,
22:29tell me what it is,
22:31tell me what it is,
22:39ah, interesting,
22:41interesting, interesting,
22:44I smell a candle that I just got done burning, that is mint and eucalyptus,
22:55and I see, I see a plant,
23:00and I see a light,
23:02and I see a tapestry hanging on my wall,
23:09and I hear an airplane passing by,
23:17and nothing else,
23:19just maybe the sound of my voice,
23:28okay, so,
23:30I'm gonna find that brush that I brushed your face with earlier,
23:34and I'm going to draw shapes on your forehead,
23:39very little,
23:40very little shapes,
23:42and you'll tell me what shape it is, okay?
23:46Perfect.
23:55So, I'm actually going to use the other end of it,
24:02and I'm going to draw on your forehead the shape,
24:06are you ready?
24:08Okay.
24:13One more time, okay,
24:15no problem.
24:17Okay.
24:17Good, a triangle, okay.
24:25A circle, yes.
24:33One more time.
24:37Square.
24:39All right.
24:44Yeah, that one's hard, so.
24:49Parallelogram.
24:50Parallelogram.
24:50Good job.
24:58So, I just have one,
25:02one more set of instructions for you, okay?
25:07Okay.
25:09So,
25:12I have two objects here with me,
25:15and each of them have one side that is very soft,
25:20and one side that is scratchy,
25:24and you are going to listen with your ears,
25:31and guess which side is the scratchy side,
25:35and the soft side.
25:38And you are also going to tell me which ear you hear it in.
25:42Are you ready?
25:43Are you ready?
25:44Are you ready?
25:45Are you ready?
25:47Okay.
25:54That's one side.
26:02And that's the other.
26:05Good.
26:07You're right.
26:08Okay.
26:11Yep.
26:15Yes.
26:18We're just starting with the very first object right now, okay?
26:27Good.
26:32Yep.
26:36Keep those eyes closed.
26:40Good.
26:45Good.
26:47Okay, so I'll tell you what it is now.
26:50It's just a body exfoliating pad,
26:54where one side is very soft fabric,
26:56and the other side is
27:00some sort of rougher,
27:02woven
27:06twine or something
27:07good for exfoliating.
27:13now,
27:14just listen to these noises.
27:18Now,
27:37just listen to these noises.
27:40All right,
27:41all right,
27:41let's move on to this second object.
27:44So,
27:45I'm going to do the rougher side first,
27:48and then the softer side.
27:51And this time,
27:52you'll tell me which ear you hear it in, okay?
27:55And tell me if it's the soft side or the rough side
27:59after I show you,
28:01if that makes sense.
28:07rough side.
28:11Soft side.
28:12Okay,
28:13so,
28:13here we go.
28:14Are you ready?
28:17Okay.
28:24So,
28:24what's wrong?
28:36Huh?
28:37Huh?
28:40Huh?
28:40Huh?
