00:00There was a bit of room for improvement because there was some technical issues with the flight and so I
00:05was at the airport for 20 hours but I don't think there's much to complain about. To be honest they
00:12were all working really hard and they were all really sincere. The whole team there were really good. The ambassador
00:15came and explained what happened, she was really good. We're all here now so there was a bit of a
00:22shambles on the night when we thought we were going to get on the flight and then sort of trapped
00:26on buses and had to go back but that's all up and out.
00:30I'm sure everyone else still agrees but you don't want to have to do that.
00:41You found me!
00:43How are you alright?
00:46The whole experience lasted about 24 hours I'd say so it's been interesting. Checking lasted about 6 hours when we
00:53first got there initially.
00:56Obviously we had to go back to the hotel and then come back again. The second day was a lot
00:59better, a lot more organised. They looked after us a lot better. It was quite stressful considering we've got two
01:06young kids.
01:07I saw two young kids…
01:07The first time that they lived together they could do their windows all night…
