00:00Well, our crisis centre has been working 24-7 with airlines, with regional governments to help British citizens return from
00:09the region because this is incredibly stressful for holidaymakers, business travellers.
00:14Tens of thousands of British citizens have managed to return from the region now as a result of the additional
00:20commercial flights that have been put back on.
00:23And we're also providing charter flights as well for those who are the most vulnerable.
00:28But it is a difficult situation because of the continuing airstrikes and airspace closures, so that's why we're going to
00:34continue to work non-stop to make sure that British nationals can get back home.
