00:22and a kitchen clanger i forgot to put the grill on i was just absolutely starving i was in pain

00:42it's day four in south wales and today we're in porth call home to one of the biggest elvis tribute
00:48festivals in the world shane mcgowan having a go in the middle there and there's gaza some are better
00:55than others and hoping her night won't be all shook up is pediatrician sophie
01:02hello gorgeous and it looks like she has her very own hound dog helping her today

01:13so my night tonight is all about experiencing middle eastern culture middle eastern flavors i want to
01:21pack a punch also hoping to deliver knockout nosh was monday's host farmer claire i've done the best
01:29that i could with my food so i i'm really happy and i hope everyone enjoyed it not everyone as

01:35servant sandra thought there were a few cracks in the eggy starter personally i like my yoke hard a little
01:43bit sort of let down with the starter with the egg situation but there was one confession that stopped
01:49clare in her tracks so i'm normally vegan i say flexitarian now because outside my own house i'll
01:55eat whatever i'm given my jaw hit the table when i found out that sophie was a flexitarian really
02:01surprising that she sat there and devoured my pork and beef
02:06tuesday saw account manager richard deliver a tasty treat in his local tavern
02:14and he hit the bullseye with his grub so this is definitely the best cheesecake i've ever had
02:18oh my god don't know let me tears i just think this is absolutely stunning but there was something
02:24else that dazzled hotel receptionist david i was really surprised at how smooth richard's test was
02:29mine's like the amazon rainforest a two my night went really well and as bruce you would say good
02:36game good game last night david hoped his fun bash would win him the cash one two two three sadly

02:46was thwarted by his terrible tofu it was like a yogurt with lard in it it wasn't all doom and

03:03enjoyed my food the ambiance and the vibe was there so i think i've definitely done enough to win

04:32so chicken kebabs and rice and chips is definitely something i'd have if i was like stumbling on the
04:37way home after a night out maybe not something i'd have at a dinner party with the meat koftas left

04:42rest it's on to the chicken kebabs i particularly hate getting my hands on raw chicken why is that

04:55chicken kebab could cook it too long gets too dry could burn the chicken gotta be careful and when
05:00you're under pressure in the kitchen it's quite easy to do the chicken is immersed in a marinade of
05:04yogurt pepper paste pomegranate molasses and honey i'm not happy with how it feels but hopefully i will
05:11be very happy with how it tastes she'll assemble and cook her meat tonight along with veggies rice
05:16and chips for the starter feta cheese wrapped in phyllo pastry she goes out right it's going to be
05:23really really nice cheese is chopped i love feta cheese i love phyllo pastry and she's going to make
05:30her own phyllo pastry i have not made my own phyllo pastry not even close i bought it myself though

06:36cake by mixing butter flour sugar baking powder and eggs i don't like pistachio so hopefully it's not

14:51used to cooking with meat so i'm not 100 sure about the timing i don't want anyone to die that

15:22between my courses an hour that's a teeny bit long for a chicken kebab yeah i think they're gonna be
15:28quite hungry oh you think look at richard he's wasting away it could smell the food cooking it
15:33smelled lovely so the taste buds were tingling and we wanted to get in it but it took an age

15:38i was just absolutely starving i was in pain and just when you thought it couldn't get any worse
15:42chicken a la bitten hmm not a great surprise still at least it'll distract them from the frozen chips
15:50i feel like my chances of winning this just went right down the drain let's find out with the chicken

16:33i've never tried these why are they called cutters i've never tasted them before they're gorgeous

17:09dry i actually was hoping that they would be lamb koftas because they're my fave and you have knocked
17:15spots off my favorite lamb koftas which i buy i love the main it could have done with um a

17:21of like a dippy sauce or something um because i just found a little bit dry honestly so this is

17:28and i do you know i'm so thankful because obviously you don't you don't eat meat oh bless you oh

17:47this is stunning i think she got upset because she just wanted to please us and i think she felt

17:51she let us down but she didn't and she was a brilliant toast so the fact that she actually doesn't
17:56cook me generally and she actually did it for all of us tonight honestly hats off to her honestly
18:01really proud of her cheers to sophie yay to hear that they liked it it just took all that anxiety
18:11away and i think i just broke a little bit this actually tastes like a paediatrician's made this
18:16i think that's a compliment so honestly you should be really proud of yourself

18:41that me and claire went for a little walk earlier and found some musical instruments what's that all about
18:48i like music i play the clarinet the violin the piano and the drums not only has she got loads

20:28delicious like i love nothing more than cake and like you can actually taste that rose coming
20:33through there like i honestly love it pleasantly surprised that about the dessert it was light and
20:38fluffy and really flavorsome i think the lemon cake is lovely you can taste the lemon coming through
20:42it the ice cream's really nice i've never had it before the cake even though everyone said they
20:46enjoyed it i felt it was a bit dry i didn't really enjoy the dessert i'm starting to say right

21:19sorry overall i think the night's been really fun and that was what i wanted i wanted people to

21:28achieved that
21:29scores please sophie's night was full of surprises her food was good few little mistakes so for that
21:36reason i'm going to give her an eight tonight it started off really well but then went downhill
21:41after that so for that reason i'm giving sophia seven the food was absolutely amazing it tasted
21:47absolutely great but there were a couple of elements that did let her down so i would love to give
21:51sophie an
21:52eight sophie has been an incredible host tonight um she even cooked meat so for that reason i'm giving
21:58sophie an eight an impressive score of 31 isn't enough to ruin richard's reign but it does leave
22:05sophie in second place next time fairy tale fashion there's no place left now and unfavorable feedback
22:16i think the dessert dish today was the worst course we've been served this week obviously i really
22:23wish so they would have said that to me at the time
