01:04Here is the Digital Conversion Center which is DCC.
01:09Okay.
01:10Okay.
01:11In here, we are researching for various virtual commissioning technology for the vessel.
01:17Is this a setup that helps guide the ship on its own?
01:22Is it automated? Is it AI-driven? What is it?
01:26It is automated, autonomous driving and also using AI-driven auto navigation.
01:45Philippine Ministry Defense and the Navy is very interested in this planning and to those smart ships as well.
01:52So this year, for the first time, we are cooperating with the United States.
01:56And we are about building the unmanned resource.
01:59And I do believe that in the near future, that we will introduce these unmanned vessels,
02:03the new technology, and share these with the Philippine Navy.
02:06And we do hope that we can be an assistance to their journey for modernized vessels.
02:27We had a new administration, the Lee Jae Myung administration started last year.
02:32And with the Lee Jae Myung administration, we had an AI senior appointed.
02:37So this actually recognizes that the Korean government takes the AI technology as a very important element in this era.
02:43And that is why the Korean government focuses on actually applying and adopting this AI technology to the society,
02:49and in turn, increase the national competitiveness.
02:53We are also trying to apply these to the shape-building shipyard in the Subic Philippines as well,
02:58and hope that we can develop together with the Philippines in this process.
04:06For me, yung South Korea po kasi is one of the leading countries in terms po sa AI technology and
04:11innovation.
04:16na kung saan ni-re-regulate po yung paggamit and ethically use of AI.
04:21Isa sa mga itinuturo sa universidad,
04:25ang robotics.
04:27Currently ngayon, ano lang siya,
04:30inaaral nila sa kung paano magpalakad ng, just like a person.
04:36Probably walk around, run around, probably jump.
04:39Pero kung kukompletuhin mo yan with your arms, with your robotic arms,
04:42then you can emulate what a human can actually do.
04:48But this robot dog can actually just go forward, back, left, right, probably jump.
04:53Okay.
04:54And nothing else.
04:55Okay.
04:56So, pwede mo siya kapitan ng camera to check for survivors,
05:01to check for landslides, check for whatever you want to check.
05:05Pero wala siya magagawa at this current state.
05:08Okay.
05:15Kasi po yung AI, kailangan po siya i-train with a massive amounts of data
05:19para maging mas effective po ang isang AI,
05:21particularly po for the robotics.
05:25Sa kabila ng modernisasyon at paglaganap ng AI,
05:34may mga tradisyon pa rin ang South Korea
05:37na tila tao lamang ang makagagawa.
06:00So, this is a soy sauce that actually been made before the Joseon era.
06:06So, it's over 100 years old.
06:12It's all about preservation.
06:14Because this is the original soy sauce,
06:17and the fermentation process makes it last for perpetuity.
06:22And therefore, I would actually put little amounts of the seeds
06:26or the mother's sauce into the new batch,
06:28therefore perpetrating and enriching the flavor of the soy sauces.
06:35Because it is kept only in the family,
06:37that is why we know that it's genuine and it's authentic.
06:44And it's very difficult to find one that's still preserved to this date.
06:51Hindi lang bilang recipe,
06:53kundi bilang pamana ng kasaysayan.
06:56Mas mahalaga pa raw ito sa Ginto.
07:00Maraming salamat sa pagtutok sa Eyewitness, mga kapuso.
07:03Anong masasabi nyo sa dokumentaryong ito?
07:06I-comment na yan.
07:07At mag-subscribe sa GMA Public Affairs YouTube channel.
