11:54i'm doing good i'm doing good um yeah it was uh i mean you guys all saw um
12:02um you know i just think that i'm so thankful for my support system my family and uh you know
12:10some
12:11of the guys from the show will and daniel like helping me out getting me through it and lifting
12:15me up and uh yeah so i'm doing good i'm doing good i mean we all watched how heartbreaking that

12:22i had to wipe some mascara from under my eye back there yeah i'm not in line it was that
12:27was hard
12:28to watch it was a little bit yeah how hard was it for you to be in that moment that
12:32day uh oh i mean
12:36i mean i think just going in i thought i was so certain and you know ultimately i just wanted
12:43the best for her yeah i just wanted her to be happy i wanted her to you know truly find
12:48her person
12:48because going into this she did express that she was scared of not finding her person and so i'm glad
12:54that she did congrats to her nate um yeah but you know just in that moment i mean
13:02i thought you know oh the world is over this is it like you know just like you yeah devastated
13:09so
13:10i mean you're a very in the moment person so you were probably feeling everything
13:16and i don't know it's just tough you really thought you were gonna marry michelle didn't you
13:23i did i truly did so um yeah the world has a weird way of you know working itself out
13:30and uh
13:32yeah so i think you know the biggest thing for me was coming to the understandment that she did
13:38find a person yeah um she did find happiness and so i'm thankful for that yeah i mean they didn't
13:43show
13:44this but you looked at me before you walked down there and you were like my whole life's about to
13:48change yeah i thought it was gonna be for the better but i know when you walked up to her
13:53on that beach
13:54i mean how sure were you uh i mean
14:00i mean take me back uh you know i was sure i was sure you know in relationships i'm never
14:07like that
14:08um there was a quote you know going into this before uh and when i met michelle that to have
14:17something that you've never had you must first do something that you've never done and so relationships
14:22i am not that vulnerable i don't open up like that um or it takes me a while but i
14:29met michelle
14:30she's literally a one-of-a-kind person yeah like strength the beauty everything about her and i realized
14:37that if i'm going to be with this woman that i need to do something that i've never done and
14:43i was being
14:43vulnerable from the start showing my heart showing more of my emotions and uh yeah so i mean beauty in
14:51the struggle i guess i mean please don't ever stop being like that in your life yeah yeah i mean
14:55it's uh
14:56uh you know after um it's hard you know uh of course called my family right then my dad picked
15:02me up
15:03from the airport we had a heart to heart and uh yeah i'm just i just think i'm so thankful
15:08um for the
15:10people around me yeah support system the support system is everything so now i was staying at the same
15:16hotel as you in mexico and i took a photo of you that night okay let's take a look this

15:26oh wow i know it it was like a beautiful shot but i like was feeling your emotions i'm a
15:32very
15:32empathetic person what was going through your head that night after michelle had let you go
15:40wow um yeah that was literally that like right after you know and um i just like i couldn't stay
15:49inside so i immediately walked to the beach to get all my thoughts out and everything and the only log
15:54there you know so i just popped up on it and if that picture isn't the definition of like beauty
16:00in the struggle then i don't know what is because i realized like i'm sitting there i'm crying um going
16:08through the motions and it's just like a weird way of god telling me like yo look at this beautiful

16:13like everything's gonna be okay yeah like you don't see it now but in the end everything's gonna be okay
16:18yeah yeah so you constantly wore your heart on your sleeve and you're a very open person so i have
16:24to ask do you still love michelle um i will always always always love michelle um unfortunately i don't
16:33think that it would be respectful to love her in that manner anymore you know i want her and nate

16:38truly be happy um but yeah i mean i meant when i said i will always love her i always
16:45care for her and

17:28hard um i mean exactly how you would feel after the last goodbye that we just had so yeah and

18:07hi i know there's probably so much you two would like to say to each other so i'm gonna open

18:18that um honestly i mean i don't really know what to say i'm not gonna lie uh i prepared for
18:31this moment
18:31and you know thought about a million times and i think just to me personally that i'd rather listen to
18:40you and rather hear your side because i mean what i saw um i guess i have my own views
18:48and opinions but
18:49i'd rather hear your side so i can get the whole clarity and then talk moving forward so yeah i
18:56guess
18:56i just wanted to know like you know like i don't know the disconnect and what was going through your
19:02mind because i know there's a lot that didn't happen or didn't show yeah so if yeah this whole
19:11process and coming into it i knew that i was able to give it everything but i didn't truly believe
19:21that
19:22i would be one of those people who would be able to fall in love with two people yes just
19:28not something
19:28that i ever thought was possible and as this whole story unfolds you see that when you are giving 100
19:38percent like i said i was going to from the very beginning it's very possible and it's hard because
19:44of that and as these days were winding down and as i shared my thoughts and feelings with you
19:53those were my true honest thoughts and feelings um i cared and i do care about your feelings i care
20:00about you as a person and my decision to share that i was in love with you um i wasn't
20:09sharing that
20:10because i already had made a decision i was sharing that because it was something that i had been holding
20:16back and because i didn't think i was capable of falling in love with two people it was really hard
20:23for me to honestly come out and talk about that because it's scary and you're dating in the public
20:29eye and there's all these different things and you know you do you see people get rid of ridiculed for
20:35falling in love with two people and which is very possible fall in love with two people which it is
20:41and
20:42not an easy thing um to be in this position but i had asked you guys to be completely honest
20:47and
20:48vulnerable with me the entire time and that is something that you gave to me from the very start
20:53and that's why my feelings could get to that point and as i'm feeling those feelings i felt like it
21:00would
21:00also do the relationship as to a disservice to not show them and now if i would have known my
21:08decision in
21:09that moment and still had strong feelings like i'm i'm always a person to think about somebody else
21:14but in this unique position i wanted to be completely honest with where i was at and that was that
21:21i was
21:21in love with you and saying that it was hard at that time because it's scary yeah um and it's
21:29scary with
21:30also knowing that you might have to break somebody's heart with who you said you love you i love you
21:35too
21:36and that's not easy either yeah and yeah because you know i mean i had going home i wasn't okay
21:45you
21:46know like thank god for you know everyone but um i just you know prepared myself watching it because
21:53i knew like i was gonna have to watch i was gonna have to face you at some point and
21:57um i mean
22:01honestly i thank you just because i've never been that vulnerable in a relationship in my entire life
22:07usually i am reserved usually i don't show emotions because i don't know where it's gonna go yet or
22:12it's gonna lead to um i think you know just to me it was hard watching because i was so
22:21truly in love
22:21with you i was beyond in love with you and you know i was in love with your family and
22:26everything that came
22:27with that and i don't know it's i in a way like on the other side like i felt like
22:36a little bit my love
22:37was overlooked um but also i didn't know the full story you know i only knew my portion i only
22:47knew my
22:47that part and yeah i mean that last day was tough and i mean i knew you were gonna break
22:55my heart
22:55because unfortunately with you i knew that you show your emotions through your eyes everything you
23:02do you show it through your eyes and when i walked up i saw that of course your heart was
23:08pointing in
23:09a different direction and with the b and everything that didn't make it any easier um but yeah i just
23:18you know at the end of the day i do wish you the best and i wish you guys a
23:22happy happy life together
23:23and you know i do miss your parents a lot excuse my french i'm so sorry
23:31okay okay um yeah okay um but yeah you know just a little confused just a little confused um i

23:43you know that you did want it to be nate and you know just this is everything before you and
23:49like
23:49you telling me everything and yeah you can fall in love with two people and i really appreciate you
23:53sharing that with me because that's not easy and like breaking someone's heart isn't easy but
23:58i just felt like you know you really had to push nate to that point and it was just kind

24:05confusing when you never had to question me but you had to keep questioning him but again like
24:12sometimes we don't understand what our heart is telling us and sometimes you know you know what
24:17you want so i just at the end of the day just thank you because you gave me strength you
24:23know and your
24:24family did and your family gave me a lot of good pointers like going into marriage and how to have
24:28success a very successful marriage and yeah um that's sweet yeah so i think that's really nice and
24:35i really appreciate you both being here and i hope you got answers and closure i know it wasn't easy

26:08finally wow finally what is going through your heads right now i mean we kind of always just joked
26:16about we always joked about running away yep and we were able to do that but like when you're in
26:21this
26:21position you run away and you can't tell anybody so like we ran away and we're like now what like
26:25we
26:25have to keep it a secret and so we just always joke about like being able to like scream out
26:30that
26:30we're like in love and all this different stuff but hey now we can't i mean scream it
26:35we're okay we're engaged hey hey hey i got a fiancee okay
26:42i love it i love it michelle you just watched that back with nate proposing to you what did that
26:47feel like what did it feel like in that moment i was i was so nervous i just remember like
26:53shaking and it was an emotional day and but it was just so nerve-wracking because i knew that our
27:00feelings were aligned but i'm like he could decide maybe potentially but i'm like not really i wasn't
27:05really sure you know i didn't want to make don't want to want to feel like it was all in
27:09the bag
27:09i know well nate i mean you didn't even know what you were getting into coming on this show you've
27:14never watched before at what point did you realize oh this is real and i am falling in love oh
27:21man um
27:23you know what after the uh after the basketball day the conversation i had on the show that's kind of
27:28when i really realized like i've never met anybody like this before right um and then
27:34the best way i can kind of explain how i knew i was falling in love um our first one
27:41-on-one you
27:42know when you listen to a song and the first time you listen i'm super bad with analogies michelle knows
27:46i'm the craziest with analogies um but you know when you listen to a song and you're like this is
27:51a good
27:51song and you listen the second time like okay this is actually a really good song you listen to another
27:54time and another time and all of a sudden all of a sudden it's your favorite song right but it
27:57takes time
27:57for you like it takes time for you to realize that this is your favorite song right my first one
28:03-on-one
28:03with michelle i was like aware it was it didn't it didn't it wasn't like i had to listen to
28:09the song
28:09eight nine times for me to realize this is my favorite song it was like i am literally witnessing
28:14myself fall in love and it was it was i just i couldn't believe like you don't you don't you
28:20don't
28:21realize that something's your favorite song until you listen to it a couple times michelle was at that
28:24first one-on-one i was i was cognizant and aware every second that that that ticked by i'm i'm
28:31falling in love so it was just yeah i have a question i want to know now you've spent time
28:37together it you know it wasn't always easy it was a struggle for nate to open up have you continued
28:43to
28:43let those guards down are we still being vulnerable and sharing our emotions this he is more vulnerable
28:50than me no he is and don't okay but you put somebody you put somebody in a position where
28:57they have to well where they're trying to be vulnerable right for the first time fall in love
29:01for the first time and then you stick producers and cameras like it's gonna look a little you're
29:05off but behind the scenes like he really was challenging himself and that's the thing is that
29:11love doesn't always have to be like this perfect intense magical story that goes through like from
29:16start to end with no speed bumps like you know the conversations he had with my family it showed
29:21me that they were able to work through things and that's what i wanted and with him and i it's
29:26just
29:26he's so vulnerable and gives so many words of affirmation that like i feel like i need to check
29:31myself and be like okay what can i do for him that's romantic i mean he's just he really is
29:36he's been
29:36oh we love to hear that that's yeah that just gives a round of applause proud of you nate
29:42that's really sweet i mean what got you both through the last couple of months because
29:48i've unfortunately been in the position of the hiding out and the not being able to share it and
29:52like you said you wanted to run but now you're like but now we want to run to the world
29:55and share
29:56it yeah what got you to through those two months of filming and airing and all of that
30:02i think what's so hard is that you go through this experience and you have these magical moments
30:08and you leave like in love but then you spend so much more time together you get to text face
30:15time
30:16you get to talk to each other's families and you get significantly closer and then he has to also
30:21watch all these other stories unfold and so nate has to watch you know had to watch me saying i
30:26love
30:26you and he had to be understanding about that but you know i think the biggest thing is that we
30:31communicate through everything and it doesn't always have to be this perfect communication but we both
30:36know that we're gonna stick in it we're gonna not let go we're gonna hold on and that's the biggest
30:42part because this is not easy there's gonna be uncomfortable emotions and we definitely had them
30:47that's you know to be expected in relationships i don't care how confident you are that is hard to go
30:51through okay and i know you know it wasn't always easy with michelle's parents michelle's mom was
30:57pretty tough on you and i want to know how things are now but i'm not going to take your
31:04word for it
31:05because we are michelle's parents here tonight levon and efrem thank you so much for being here
