00:00Welcome to Jesse Waters' primetime tonight.
00:03She was unhinged, and I hope that President Clinton is less unhinged today than his wife was yesterday.
00:09You'll see it.
00:09Hot tubs, private jets, and massage.
00:13Bill Clinton under oath over Epstein.
00:16I did not have sexual relations with that woman, Ms. Lewinsky.
00:22You f***ing asshole.
00:24We'll never be your 51st state, and that's got nothing to do with hockey.
00:27That's got everything to do with you motherf***ing showing up at her front door with guns and tanks and s***.
00:34Why are men and women still fighting over hockey?
00:38Carly is here.
00:40They allowed themselves to be totally co-opted by a clown.
00:44You look like a clown.
00:46Gavin Newsom, we see what's happening in California.
00:49Good luck with that.
00:50Kamala Harris, your interview on The View sealed your fate.
00:53AOC, that clip of her in Munich, they're going to hold that against her forever.
00:57Stephen A. Smith, the wrecking ball.
01:00Do Dems stand a chance?
01:02Damn!
01:03Plus...
01:04Is anybody unhappy with the job I'm doing?
01:07It's made my sex life good.
01:18Fox News alert.
01:20The Epstein blast radius has reached Chappaqua.
01:23As Bill Clinton testified under oath today about his relationship with the dead pedophile.
01:27The former president saying this,
01:29I saw nothing and I did nothing wrong.
01:33If only Bubba had seen something on the Lolita Express.
01:38Clinton had, and Secretary Clinton confirmed this yesterday,
01:42Jeffrey Epstein was in the White House 17 times while Bill Clinton was president.
01:47We know that Bill Clinton flew on Jeffrey Epstein's plane at least 27 times.
01:52So those are questions that we're going to ask.
01:55Everything that most media outlets have reported with respect to pictures and correspondence between
02:02Epstein, Maxwell, and Bill Clinton.
02:04These are all questions that we're going to ask today.
02:06Bill Clinton flew around the world on Epstein's private jet.
02:09He went to Africa, Asia, including trips to China and Russia with the sex offender.
02:15What was Bill Clinton doing in China and Russia with Jeffrey Epstein?
02:20We're not accusing Bill of a crime.
02:22He hasn't been accused of a crime.
02:24Back rubs are legal.
02:26Hot tubs.
02:28No law against hot tubs.
02:30And swimming with Epstein's accomplice, Ghislaine Maxwell.
02:33You can't get locked up for that.
02:35Hillary might just throw another ashtray at your head.
02:38Bill said he thought everything seemed okay.
02:41If I had any inkling of what he was doing, I would have turned him in myself
02:46and led the call for justice for his crimes, not sweetheart deals.
02:51Hillary says Slick Willie was just doing charity.
02:54Because everybody does charity in a jacuzzi.
02:57When investigators started asking Hillary questions, it got testy.
03:02You'll see how she responded as well, screaming.
03:08What do you mean that Hillary Clinton was screaming?
03:10She was unhinged, and I hope that President Clinton is less unhinged today
03:14than his wife was yesterday.
03:15You'll see it.
03:16Hillary had an office in the West Wing.
03:18Epstein and Ghislaine went there 17 times.
03:22But Hillary doesn't recall if they ever met.
03:26Yesterday, Ms. Clinton deferred a lot of questions to her husband today.
03:30There were at least a dozen times when she said, you'll have to ask my husband that.
03:35I can't answer that.
03:36So we already had a big portfolio of questions for him.
03:39And that increased yesterday.
03:43Hillary's not a sex trafficker, and there's no evidence she knew what Epstein was up to.
03:48Although his lifestyle was an open secret, and Maxwell was kind of known as his recruiter.
03:54So Bill had a lot to answer for today, and he was under oath.
03:59And he was probably asked if he ever went to the island.
04:02An Epstein victim, Virginia Gaffray, told her lawyer in 2011 that she saw the former president there.
04:10Quote, I remember asking Jeffrey what Bill Clinton's doing here kind of thing.
04:14And he laughed it off and said, well, he owes me a favor.
04:18He never told me what favors they were.
04:20I never knew.
04:21I didn't know if he was serious.
04:23It was just a joke.
04:24He told me a long time ago that everyone owes him favors.
04:28They're all in each other's pockets.
04:31Now, we don't know if that's true or not.
04:33It's an allegation.
04:34And Virginia's dead.
04:36Bill denied he ever went there.
04:37And the former president said he cut ties to the guy after he took a plea in 2008.
04:43But in his Upper East Side townhouse, Epstein hung an enormous oil painting of Bill in a blue dress.
04:50You know, like the Lewinsky blue dress.
04:52Was Bill Clinton compromised?
04:54We don't know.
04:55But that's a powerful picture to hang of a former president that everybody sees when they walk in your house.
05:02And we do know Ghislaine was at Chelsea's wedding in 2010.
05:06And Hillary says, ah, well, she's just a plus one.
05:10Well, we were told the guest list was kind of tight.
05:14The word is that if you don't know Chelsea personally, you're off the list.
05:19So she has to know everyone personally who is going to be invited, which, of course, eliminates a lot of
05:25people who only know Bill and Hillary.
05:27So you can forget being invited as a plus one.
05:29Exactly.
05:30Not going to happen.
05:31Maxwell, who's in prison for sex trafficking, even got an award from the Clintons.
05:36Everybody in those circles knew that Maxwell and Epstein were attached to the hip.
05:41So how the hell does she end up there?
05:43And then they're supposed to distance themselves further.
05:44And they gave her an award in 2013 after Bill Clinton's body man and top aide tried to distance and
05:52said,
05:52hey, staff, Clinton Foundation, don't ever have Maxwell in again.
05:56And he reported right to Bill.
05:57So who overruled him?
05:59I think it's either the last name is probably a Clinton.
06:02Not only did Bill and Epstein travel the world together, but Epstein's own attorneys said the sex offender was a
06:08co-founder of the Clinton Global Initiative.
06:11Epstein and Maxwell crawled their way pretty deep into the Clinton family.
06:15The Epstein files have become a complete embarrassment for the Democrats.
06:20It's boomeranged.
06:22I don't like seeing him deposed, but, you know, they certainly went after me a lot more than that.
06:35I don't like it.
06:36I don't like it.
06:37Look, I like I like him and I don't like seeing him deposed.
06:41Democrats are having second thoughts about releasing the files, especially now that Bill Clinton said, as far as he concerned,
06:49Trump's clean.
06:50A ranking member, Garcia, asked President Clinton, quote, should should President Trump be called to answer questions from this committee?
07:00And President Clinton said, that's for you to decide.
07:03And the president went on to say that the president, Trump, has never said anything to me to make me
07:12think he was involved.
07:14And he met with Epstein.
07:16There's no evidence that Trump or Bill Clinton ever committed a crime with Epstein.
07:21But Bill spent a lot of time with the sex offender and, like others, may have been the target of
07:27an intelligence operation.
07:29And that's what Congress is investigating.
07:31I do believe, and I'm sure some people on this committee also believe that Jeffrey Epstein was an intelligence asset
07:38and running some form of a honeypot operation.
07:40I do believe that President Clinton, as well as the secretary, were potentially targets of that operation.
07:46How was Epstein able to ingratiate himself with presidents, princes, billionaires and the Ivy League?
07:53How did a middle class kid from Brooklyn climb that high?
07:56Throw women and money around, suck millions out of people and spend so much time mysteriously overseas and spend so
08:06much time with the former president of Israel, the heads of modeling agencies, flying girls, a lot of them Russian,
08:13all over the world, greasing customs and getting sweetheart deals from our very own government officials.
08:20How is this all happening under the FBI?
08:24The guy's obviously a spy, or he's working for spies, maybe for Israel, maybe for us, too, maybe a double
08:32agent.
08:33He's shaking guys down.
08:35He's doing introductions.
08:35He's fixing high class problems.
08:38He's in the middle of everything.
08:40You should see these emails.
08:42Everything.
08:42This one guy knows everybody.
08:47Hundreds of millions of dollars disappears from people's bank accounts, and no one can figure out why.
08:54He's a blackmailer.
08:56He's got cameras in every house.
08:58He's getting tipped off before cops raid.
09:02The FBI's office in New York City got hacked three years ago, and the hackers stole information about the Epstein
09:10investigation.
09:10They took 500 terabytes, and the FBI wasn't able to get it all back.
09:17Some of it's still missing.
09:19That's not some kid in a basement.
09:21That's a foreign intelligence service.
09:23There's only a few countries capable of hacking the FBI.
09:28So what's next?
09:29The videos of the Clintons testifying will be released Monday.
09:33And the next people to testify?
09:38They both became co-executors of his estate when he died in prison, and Epstein accusers had filed a class
09:49action lawsuit against them for allegedly facilitating his sex trafficking operation.
09:54These two have been described as the men managing his financial and legal affairs, and creating a complex network of
10:01corporations and bank accounts, allegedly helping to hide the sex trafficking operation, transferring funds to victims and recruiters.
10:10A lawsuit accuses them of creating sham marriages to secure immigration papers for Epstein's foreign girls.
10:18These two men have denied these allegations, but in two weeks, they're set to testify under oath.
10:25Also, something that happened under oath today?
10:29Congresswoman Anna Paulina Luna, who deposed both Clintons, said neither Bill or Hillary are confident Epstein killed himself.
10:38And she joins me now.
10:40Congresswoman, you must have been shocked when you heard that.
10:44Yeah, it was towards the end of Secretary Clinton's deposition that she had made a mention that Jeffrey Epstein died
10:50in mysterious circumstances, or died mysteriously.
10:53And then today, when Representative Boebert had asked President Clinton about the circumstances surrounding his death, his question and response
11:01was very uncomfortable.
11:02And he said, well, you know, I'll yield to the autopsy reports.
11:06But you could tell that that was not what he felt, I think, the truth to be.
11:11And you'll see that in the recorded deposition.
11:13And so I thought that that was interesting because Hillary does not mix her words.
11:17Did you feel like Bill was telling the truth today?
11:19I feel like there was a lot that he could not recall.
11:23Also, though, this did happen 25 years ago.
11:25But when I did present him with some of the evidence that you actually have in front of you regarding
11:30the potential of a foreign intelligence tie and the likelihood that he might have been targeted, that did come as
11:36a surprise to him.
11:37But it makes a lot of sense, too.
11:38Yeah.
11:38So we have this passport.
11:40This guy Epstein's got an alias.
11:43I mean, people don't have fake passports locked up in a safe in a $72 million up east side townhouse.
11:52So was Bill kind of acting like he was hearing that Epstein might have been foreign intel for the very
11:59first time?
12:00Yes.
12:01And actually, we went further into the deposition questioning in regards to maybe what were the conversations personally had with
12:08President Clinton.
12:09And it was interesting because part of the agreement with Jeffrey Epstein and President Clinton in regards to the Clinton
12:15Global Initiative would be that when they traveled on his plane, they would talk about two specific things, politics and
12:20economics, for about an hour on each plane ride.
12:23And it was interesting because President Clinton had noted that at a certain point, he felt that Jeffrey was just
12:29checking a box, if you will.
12:31If you're doing that, you're managing a relationship, you're managing an asset.
12:36But I think it's also important to note that what Jeffrey was doing specifically with trafficking these girls, barely legal,
12:42maybe underage at times, and then surrounding certain people, positions of power, etc., would have been the definition of a
12:49honeypaw operation, specifically also to surrounding maybe whatever information Secretary Clinton had as well.
12:54Right, because you don't necessarily have to have the women sleep with the guys.
12:57It's just the proximity to the men, the fact that they're barely legal, or even if you're married, you're in
13:04a hot tub, or you're in a pool, you're getting a back rub, and those photos are available to use.
13:12Do you believe that Bill Clinton has been compromised?
13:16I believe that he was put in positions to potentially give inclination or potentially extort him.
13:23But I do think that the president himself, after what came out, did do what any, I think, powerful person
13:30would do and put the necessary buffers in place to distance himself.
13:34But what's been interesting, Jesse, is when he was actually asked about specifically knowing, I think it was the New
13:41York townhome that had been wired, he said something peculiar.
13:43And he said, you know, I didn't know that, but that was something along the lines of it was probably
13:48the intention that I didn't know.
13:50And so, you know, we asked about the dress Representative Boebert did, and that was also an interesting response, because
13:56he had stated about that specifically, that if he would have known that that was hanging up, that he would
14:01have probably cut ties with him sooner.
14:03Right. And you spoke to Hillary yesterday. There was an accusation that there was a screaming match?
14:10It was an accusation, Jesse. It definitely, Secretary Clinton definitely lost her cool.
14:15What happened?
14:17Representative Mace was pushing her. I think the question was something along the lines of her basically not doing anything
14:23regarding the trafficking.
14:25It got into a pretty heated exchange, and the secretary did lose her cool, and they were yelling at each
14:31other.
14:31And then she kind of realized that I think it was being recorded and kind of collected herself again.
14:36But that was not an exaggeration by Representative Mace, and that will come out.
14:39And I think it was stupid for their spokespeople to deny that.
14:42Yeah. We're going to see that video on Monday.
14:45Was Representative Mace being respectful?
14:47Was she also just getting under her skin?
14:51Like, what was the dynamic?
14:52I think Representative Mace has taken this, obviously, very seriously because she is a victim herself.
14:57But I think the aspect was that Representative Mace kept trying to cut it and say, OK, we'll go to
15:03Rep Luna now.
15:03And then Secretary Clinton was still, obviously, visibly upset and wanted to continue arguing.
15:09And so eventually it continued forward.
15:11But I think the whole idea that someone would give the impression, especially being that they were around an intelligence
15:16asset,
15:16and you can see that you just presented evidence of that, that they shouldn't maybe answer about whether or not
15:21they were compromised,
15:22were state secrets shared accidentally.
15:25I mean, Galeen Maxwell specifically was, from President Clinton's own words, I think that he was more closer to her
15:31than Jeffrey.
15:32But even then, so, I mean, I asked the same conversation and questions in that what was she specifically asking
15:37for?
15:38And so it's in my professional opinion that they were both targeted, as well as other people as well.
15:41Wow. And that's now the focus of this congressional investigation, that this was a counterintelligence failure by the FBI
15:49and our intelligence agencies, and it never should have happened?
15:52Correct. But I would also go a step further and say that I have asked the CIA on whether or
15:56not there was any records on Jeffrey Epstein.
15:59They didn't have any. But you made a great point pointing out that there was a hack.
16:02And I do also believe it was Fox News last year that reported when I received word that there was
16:06evidence destruction
16:07under the former deputy director of the FBI pertaining to Jeffrey Epstein files.
16:11And so I don't know if we'll ever have the full files.
16:14President Clinton also, too, went a step further today and say that he doesn't necessarily,
16:18there's something along the lines of he doesn't necessarily believe that there's a cover-up happening at the Department of
16:22Justice.
16:23But because of just everything surrounding Jeffrey Epstein,
16:26that we need to basically put this all out there for the American people to make note of,
16:31but then also continue a path forward in finding out how we can get justice for the victims.
16:36And that's why I've stated that we have to depose the co-conspirators.
16:40Good. Yep. You got to depose everybody.
16:42And I think you guys are well on your way. Thank you very much.
16:45Thank you, Jesse. Great job.
16:47Some more big news out of Bill's testimony today.
16:50He did not have sexual relations with that woman in the jacuzzi.
16:56Former President Bill Clinton just finishing more than six hours of questioning
17:00about his relationship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
17:04The Oversight Committee, which conducted the deposition,
17:07has not released full details of what Clinton said.
17:09But we do know, according to two sources,
17:12that the former president did address multiple photos of him released in the Epstein files,
17:17including this one, which shows Clinton in a jacuzzi with a woman whose face was redacted.
17:23The former president was asked if he had sex with the woman, according to the sources.
17:26He said he didn't.
17:27Barry Levine is the author of The Spider,
17:30Inside the Tangled Web of Jeffrey Epstein.
17:32You just heard our interview with the congresswoman.
17:34Anything you want to add?
17:35I mean, just absolutely fascinating stuff.
17:38I mean, there's a lot to unpack,
17:39but I have to say right off the bat that if you can hack into the FBI,
17:44you can certainly get an individual into that jail to kill Jeffrey Epstein.
17:49I mean, you know, we're still still learning so much more about exactly what happened the night of his death.
17:56In terms of Bill Clinton's testimony, I can't wait to see the the tapes if they if they do release
18:02it.
18:03There was no question in my mind that he was compromised.
18:07You have to understand on these trips, these foreign trips to Africa, to Asia, to Europe,
18:13who knows if Jeffrey Epstein didn't have the phones in the hotels wired in terms of listening in.
18:22I wouldn't put anything past him after what we're seeing in these files in terms of how he took advantage
18:29of people for compromise, for blackmail purposes.
18:32So I think the clock was ticking every time Bill Clinton was in a room with Jeffrey Epstein.
18:39And who knows what he really had?
18:42We don't know what was in the lockers that Jeffrey Epstein stored computers and hard drives.
18:49He was tipped off to the raids.
18:50He had PIs every time there was going to be a raid on one of his homes.
18:55They would remove the computers.
18:57They would remove material and hide them in storage lockers.
19:00So the FBI, we don't even know if they have all the evidence.
19:04What we're seeing is a trial being played out to some degree by the Oversight Committee.
19:09The trial that we didn't get because Jeffrey Epstein took his life.
19:13And if you're getting tipped off to potential police raids, you have someone on the inside.
19:20And we still have not seen anything come out of all of the camera footage that has been seized in
19:27five of his properties.
19:29Correct.
19:30So the FBI is just sitting on this.
19:33Well, the FBI.
19:34That makes me suspicious of the FBI.
19:37Listen, we don't know what they have.
19:39We don't know if the videotapes that were in these storage lockers were ever recovered.
19:44We don't know when that hacking took place, what was removed from the FBI files and documents.
19:52So there's a lot that we don't know.
19:54But what we do know is that this man was capable of blackmail, of compromise, of Prince Andrew, of Bill
20:04Clinton, of Bill Gates, the prime minister of Norway.
20:08We're finding out now may have been a target of blackmail.
20:12So he had tentacles all over the world.
20:15He was working with other countries, Russia, China, Iran, Israel.
20:20Who knows what he told these individuals?
20:23All right.
20:23And we're going to have the testimony of the accountant and the personal lawyer in about two weeks.
20:28And if they tell the truth, that could crack this thing wide open.
20:32We'll see how it shakes out.
20:33Very good to see you.
20:34Thank you, Jesse.
20:35Women are getting very emotional over hockey.
20:40Carly is here.
20:58The country hasn't had enough of Team USA.
21:01Toothless Jack hit the ice for the second time since winning gold.
21:05And the crowd went berserk.
21:07The other guys, they're back in action, too.
21:09Here they are at the Garden.
21:10Watch.
21:11Rangers fans, join us in congratulating our Team USA gold medal winners.
21:26Gold medalist Matthew Kachuk honored World War II vet Jim Salino.
21:31Guys, 101.
21:32This is what it's all about.
21:35Patriotism and pride.
21:36Not politics.
21:38Everybody's saying the men's and the women's teams hate each other.
21:41They're wrong.
21:42This isn't the battle of the sexes.
21:45You hear someone in the back of the phone call yell, yell, two, two for two, you know, and like
21:50we never felt anything bad from them.
21:54And it was just it's sad that they even have to apologize for anything.
21:58That was gold medal winner from the women's team saying the whole controversy is nuts.
22:03The men and women's team, they love each other.
22:05Jack Hughes had the chance to meet Tom Brady at the Olympics.
22:08He said no.
22:10He said, I'm going to go watch the women's hockey game instead.
22:13And Jack's mom's a USA women's hockey legend.
22:16He may be toothless, but he's a gentleman.
22:20Ottawa.
22:20Keller?
22:21Yeah.
22:22Yeah, man.
22:22Me and her had a great moment in the cafeteria.
22:26After her gold medal game, we played Slovakia the next night.
22:30And it was like a late, a late game, 9, 10 games to get back to the cafe, like 1
22:35.30 at night.
22:38And, you know, I was in the, we were in the pasta line, me and Megan, they were just getting
22:41ready to go out again.
22:43And I just gave her a massive hug.
22:44And I said, I'm so happy for you.
22:46I'm so proud of you.
22:47And you wouldn't believe me and Quinn's reaction.
22:49We were so pumped for you.
22:50The only people, the only people mad right now are the media and Canadians.
22:57You shook hands with that mother.
23:00You, those players taking pictures with Carolyn Levitt.
23:04Don't think we haven't forgotten with that, with her smile on her face.
23:09That looked a little different at the time, but that smile on her face.
23:13Hey, we look forward to the U.S. beating our soon to be 51st state, Canada.
23:18You, you, we'll never be your 51st state.
23:24And that's got nothing to do.
23:25Canada could have won gold too if they'd accepted Trump's offer and become the 51st state.
23:30But there's one person taking this harder than Canada.
23:33Megan Rapinoe, the soccer player.
23:36In their utter moment of glory, childhood dreams come true.
23:44Once in a lifetime accomplishment, sensational, ruined it for themselves.
23:54Because they allowed themselves to be totally co-opted, co-opted, yep, by a clown.
24:02And now you're a clown.
24:04I'm not so sure they're clowns.
24:06They get standing O's wherever they go.
24:08But suddenly Rapinoe wants to police who's in the locker room.
24:14I would have never, as a captain or a leader on my team, I think you can say the same.
24:20I think that would have been clear to our staffs and to the larger organization and, like, support staff.
24:27Those people would never be allowed in our locker room.
24:30So Cash can't go into the men's locker room.
24:32But if he changes his pronouns, he can.
24:35Rapinoe had no problem when Biden gave her the Medal of Freedom.
24:38Same with Olympic gymnast Simone Biles.
24:41Biden gave her a medal, too.
24:43Were those women being used?
24:45No!
24:46They're great athletes, and they deserved it.
24:49The media doesn't actually care about women's hockey.
24:52They don't care about female athletes at all.
24:55If they did, they'd protect them.
24:57They wouldn't push for men to dress up as women and spike volleyballs at their heads.
25:03Let's bring in Carly Shimkus, Fox & Friends' first co-host.
25:08All right, so these teams love each other.
25:10It's a love story between the men and the women's hockey team.
25:13Well, that is nice, yeah.
25:14You know, I think this is getting so unnecessarily messy that we need to get back to the basics
25:18and remind people what happened less than a week ago and what the reaction should be.
25:22And it's that we, as a country, just watched the plot of a movie with an incredible ending happen right
25:28before our eyes.
25:29This one happened in real life, where the game ended in overtime,
25:32and the guy who scores the game-winning goal gets his teeth knocked out.
25:36He's bleeding from the mouth.
25:37Got an American flag draped over his shoulders.
25:39In a scene that is so stereotypical hockey that that might not have actually made the movie,
25:45but it really did happen, that the only response is that the president calls you in the locker room
25:50and the rest of the country is dripping with pride.
25:52And I think that that is what a majority of people really do feel and think when they look at
25:58this.
25:58But, of course, it's that vocal minority that live on the coast, that do the podcasts and write the articles,
26:04that are making this unnecessarily complicated.
26:06Megan Rapinoe, where does she come from?
26:09Yeah, I know.
26:10And you know what?
26:10I was thinking about that before in that the hockey team,
26:13this is a hockey team that is so proud to represent our country that a lot of Democrats say,
26:20they get angry about how, oh, Republicans have commandeered patriotism
26:24and how dare Donald Trump pretend to be the only one who likes the American flag.
26:27Well, you're not helping your cause when you look at a whole group of men
26:31and think that just because they're patriotic, they're Republicans.
26:35And for liberal athletes who are criticizing some of these people who, you know,
26:39one of the athletes wore a MAGA flag, I would say if you are uncomfortable with athletes getting political,
26:45then maybe look in the mirror because they're being just as controversial as you are.
26:50You just did it first.
26:51And I would argue that kneeling for the national anthem is more controversial than saying yes to the State of
26:56the Union.
26:57If I were Megan Rapinoe, I'd look in the mirror.
26:59That was a strange look.
27:00I'd look like a 12-year-old boy at the mall.
27:02Podcaster for the listening ears.
27:03That's what it is.
27:04Last question.
27:05Is Jack Hughes better looking without teeth?
27:08Well, you know, it's really funny.
27:09He even said that he was like, I think I would get a lot of blowback if I fix my
27:13teeth right now.
27:14Don't fix them.
27:15Ladies like scars.
27:16And maybe there's some ladies out there who also don't mind a couple missing teeth.
27:20All right.
27:20If you bring a gold medal back home.
27:21All right.
27:22He's got the gold.
27:23No teeth.
27:23Doesn't matter.
27:24Ladies love them.
27:25Leave those teeth in Italy.
27:27All right.
27:27Thanks, Carly.
27:28You bet.
27:28Stephen A., the biggest threat to the Democrat Party.
27:32Right back.
27:38Today at the airport, we saw a ghost.
27:42Hello.
27:44Thank you so much.
27:50Hello.
27:52The big guy jumped out of the bunker to burnish his legacy.
27:55The family is distraught because he's already been forgotten.
28:00His terms been erased.
28:02Quote, it's like the record skipped a track.
28:06So he boarded a flight to South Carolina this morning to replay the glory days when he won the primary
28:12six years ago.
28:15I was asked six long, six years, six years ago on this weekend in this state.
28:22I came here.
28:23People in this room brought my candidates for president back from the brink.
28:28You always knew that if I could just get this.
28:31I knew if I just get the South.
28:33I mean, sincerely, Franny was with me the whole time.
28:35If I could just get to South Carolina, I could win the nomination.
28:41The Bidens don't have much to celebrate.
28:44He knows his name doesn't mean much.
28:47His library is broke.
28:48So he's working the phones, calling Newsom, calling AOC to make sure they remember the old man.
28:54Problem is, the party's moved on.
28:56So is the country.
28:58They've got a new name on their lips.
29:00I ain't about to give up this money and what I've achieved to run for the presidency of the United
29:05States.
29:06That is where I come in.
29:09But it is tempting when I see those as the candidates because I don't believe any of them have a
29:16chance of winning.
29:17Stephen A. would be a wrecking ball for Democrats.
29:20If he gets on that debate stage, he'll take them out one by one.
29:24We can go down the list.
29:26Gavin Newsom, crime, homelessness, affordability, environment, debt in California.
29:34Please, you got to convince me, oh, so you want us to let you run the country.
29:38But we see what's happening in California.
29:40Good luck with that.
29:42Kamala Harris, that's where you come from.
29:43You didn't even want to run for the governor's seat in California.
29:46You should have been able to win that one.
29:47You didn't want that.
29:48Okay, we saw what happened during the election.
29:51You had 107 days.
29:52Biden put you at a disadvantage.
29:54That's all true.
29:56But your interview on The View sealed your fate.
29:59Pete Buttigieg, as I said on Real Time with Bill Maher, he doesn't move us.
30:03Yeah.
30:04He just doesn't move us.
30:05It's just that simple.
30:06Stephen A. might not get the nom, but if he does his thing, he's going to get a lot of
30:11votes.
30:11That man's going to draw a lot of blood.
30:14He's an outsider with TV smarts and a sharp tongue.
30:18Sound familiar?
30:39Trump was back on the trail today.
30:41Burgers, YMCA, gave him a little bit of a golf swing.
30:46He even brought a special guest on Air Force One.
30:49What do you think of President Trump?
30:53Really?
30:56I think he's like me on steroids.
30:59Trump touted American energy dominance in Texas and something else.
31:05Maybe we should.
31:06Maybe we do one more term.
31:08Should we do one more term?
31:09Do one more term.
31:12Benny Johnson's the host of the Benny Johnson Show.
31:15Benny, Stephen A., I mean, you've got to get this guy on stage, man.
31:20That'll be so good.
31:24Jesse, I want to begin by saying I completely disagree with Stephen A. Smith.
31:30I love the Democrat prospects for 2028.
31:34Joe Biden can't raise any money for his presidential library.
31:40Who wants to do that?
31:42It's such a bore.
31:43I have some advice for Joe Biden.
31:45Why don't you go outsource that job to some people that are currently looking for work?
31:50The Somalis who ran the Quality Leering Center.
31:53That got shut down.
31:54They're great at raising money.
31:56They find money everywhere.
31:57Who knows where it came from?
31:59And they're incredible at building educational institutions.
32:02You could use Barack Obama's DEI construction company to build it.
32:07But, Jesse, I have an announcement for your audience.
32:11And this is absolutely critical.
32:13Why build a presidential library when Joe Biden may well not have his political career closed just yet?
32:20I was consulting my Constitution for Dummies book right before coming on your program.
32:25Turns out Joe Biden can run again for president.
32:28President, he's been running since the rotary phone in the 1970s.
32:32He's still got another term in him.
32:35Jesse, get a load of this.
32:37Yes.
32:37Inside of the Constitution, it says that Hillary Clinton can also run a third time for president.
32:44Why not create the dream ticket for Democrats?
32:47Let's go.
32:48Hey, you know, I say Gore goes.
32:502028, we could call it, their slogan could be for the children, right?
32:55It'd be great.
32:57Bill Clinton could be in charge of young women's outreach.
32:59He could do some hot tub parties.
33:01Kamala Harris could be a speech writer.
33:03And, you know, you could bring back Nancy Pelosi to do fundraising.
33:07Be an amazing ticket.
33:09I want to fully endorse Biden-Hillary 2028 right now, live on your show, Jesse.
33:14You know, you're right.
33:15It's an open ticket.
33:16I mean, anybody can run except Barack Obama and Bill Clinton.
33:20Anybody can sign up.
33:23Kerry, Edwards, Gore, anybody who's still alive that had ever wanted a shot at the presidency.
33:30Put on your name.
33:31I want to see you run.
33:33Let me ask you about Newsom, though.
33:35Because Kneepads is doing a book tour and Kamala is doing a book tour.
33:40No one knows she's still on tour, but she's doing it.
33:43Kneepads is still ahead in these polls.
33:45Do you think he could get the nomination?
33:48So we've spent some considerable time in California.
33:51And I've got to tell you, I would love to see it.
33:55Gavin Newsom, who newly discovered his urban side just this week, is very excited to tell black crowds in Atlanta
34:02that he can't read, just like you.
34:05That he has a 90 SAT score, just like you.
34:08Go for it, Gavin.
34:09Gavin, I'd love to see you sell what I saw in California to the rest of the country.
34:15Because I saw a homeless person on every block.
34:18You know, the Democrat Party's come a long way, Jesse, from a chicken in every pot with FDR.
34:23Now it's a homeless bum on every block.
34:26It's great.
34:27It's the California dream.
34:29And it really is something that I'd love to see him try and sell to the American people.
34:33I spent some time in the Palisades.
34:35I've got to tell you, on a serious note, I've never seen anything so devastating.
34:39Leaving Americans behind is truly what Gavin Newsom has done.
34:43All right.
34:43We'll see what he's got.
34:44And I know you're going to be covering it very aggressively, Benny.
34:48You seem to get all the leaks.
34:51I'll see you later.
34:54Yeah, man.
34:55I'm not suicidal.
34:57I have a food taster and a guard dog.
35:00Yeah, but I just want to tell you, if this is my last hit on your program, if this is
35:03my last hit on your program, it's been great.
35:04All right.
35:05It has been great.
35:06It's been too good.
35:07Thank you, Benny.
35:08Sink or Swim, next.
35:16Sink or Swim tonight, Abby Hornacek taking on Lydia Moynihan and the Fox Shop Prize ladies.
35:22Get ready.
35:23America 250 sparkling wine.
35:26Whoa.
35:28Coasters and a wine tote.
35:30Who needs eight coasters?
35:32People who have friends, Abby.
35:34Yeah, Abby, we don't all drink alone like you.
35:37We're friends outside of this, so we're going to split the bottle.
35:41That's not what you just said.
35:42You said you were going to win and then break it over her head.
35:45I did say that.
35:47Let's see how this goes and then we can figure out who gets what.
35:51Hot and bothered is the category.
35:52We sent Johnny to Capitol Hill for a temperature check after the State of the Union.
35:56Which members of Congress admitted to being naughty during Trump's speech?
36:00Ilhan Omar or Al Green?
36:03Johnny deserves the bottle of wine after these interviews.
36:07He does.
36:08Nice.
36:08Okay, you're down already.
36:10This is such a good trouble.
36:11I don't know.
36:12I feel like Ilhan wouldn't talk to Johnny, even though he's super charming.
36:15Yeah, I don't know.
36:15I was thinking of that when I were over.
36:17Yeah, Johnny's charming, not that charming.
36:19All right, you're down, Lydia.
36:20The category is the right.
36:22Snuff.
36:22Which TV host described Trump's State of the Union speech as, quote, violence porn?
36:27What?
36:27Violence porn.
36:28What does that even mean?
36:29Rachel Maddow or Joy Behar?
36:31Both going with Rach.
36:33What in the...
36:34This is a pure guess.
36:36I know.
36:36Which one's crazier?
36:38I'm slowing down for long stretches of the speech that were essentially sort of violence porn.
36:45Violence porn.
36:46Why did we have to hear that?
36:47I'm sorry.
36:48I'm not familiar with violence porn.
36:50I think Greg Gutfeld is.
36:51All right, here we go.
36:52For leg day, which member of the Trump administration was caught laughing in the middle of a grueling leg day
36:59workout this morning?
37:00I feel like Pete does a lot of push-ups and he wouldn't do leg day.
37:03Oh, Pete skips leg day.
37:04He's giggling.
37:05Was there milk involved?
37:07I see jeans.
37:09I can't see...
37:09Oh, no!
37:10I see she's back in the game.
37:13What was he laughing about?
37:13Neck and neck.
37:14All right, here we go.
37:15Last one.
37:16Fruit of the womb.
37:17I like that.
37:18Which famous actress is selling men's underwear?
37:21Gwyneth Paltrow or Sidney Sweeney?
37:25Oh, uh...
37:27Wait, are they tighty-whities or are they...
37:29Can we answer the question?
37:30Dirty little boys.
37:30Of course she is.
37:31Are you interested in my body?
37:32It's Sidney.
37:34Are they boxers or are they...
37:35I don't know, but we're already...
37:36The bras were so successful.
37:38That's right.
37:38She's going south.
37:39She's going south.
37:40If it's an undergarment, she's slinging it.
37:43All right, the tiebreaker.
37:45How many goals did Jack Hughes, Toothless Jack, score for Team USA at the Olympics?
37:51One.
37:51No, no, no, not...
37:52Before you answer, at the not...
37:55Not the game.
37:56The whole Olympics.
37:57Oh, the whole Olympics.
37:58All six games.
37:59How many goals did Jack score?
38:02Lydia, go first.
38:03Are we...
38:04If I guessed too high?
38:05Just closest.
38:06Uh, eight.
38:08Eight?
38:10Seven.
38:11Seven is the right answer.
38:13Wow, you get the wine.
38:16We'll split the wine.
38:17Is she splitting the wine?
38:18Okay, I'm glad we made that deal.
38:20I'm not drinking alone.
38:20All right, you guys are drinking together.
38:23I'll be the designated driver.
38:25All right, we got to go, ladies.
38:26Thanks and congrats.
38:27Better luck next time, Lydia.
38:28Wait, where's your dog?
38:30I need my emotional support animal.
38:32This is what you needed.
38:33You needed your emotional support dog.
38:36Aw, this is so cute.
38:38Do you feel better?
38:39I feel better.
38:39Percy's the real star.
38:41You needed that on the set during the game.
38:43You might have won.
38:44You want to go say hi to Jessie?
38:45Come here.
38:45Come here.
38:47She doesn't like me.
38:48She's like Ilhan Omar.
38:51Say, all right, guys.
38:52Love you.
38:52We're primetime straight ahead.
38:56Love you.
39:47Fox News Alert.
39:48Lauren Boebert strikes again.
39:49She just leaked another photo from the Clinton's Epstein deposition.
39:53This one showing the former president smiling like he's having a great time.
40:04It's time we say goodbye to someone very important to us.
40:06Akilah, our stage manager, is leaving.
40:10Well, don't look so happy that you're leaving.
40:13She's going on to greener pastures.
40:15She's not leaving Fox.
40:16She's still at Fox.
40:17And we're going to stay in touch.
40:19Right, Akilah?
40:19Absolutely.
40:20And I'm going to miss you so much.
40:21And I appreciate everything that you have done.
40:23Aw.
40:23And thank you so much for everything you've done for me and for this show.
40:26We love you so much.
40:27You're the best.
40:28Irreplaceable.
40:29I love you, too.
40:30Whatever this heart thing is.
40:31I love that.
40:33Dance your way out of here.
40:36That's all for us tonight.
40:37Sean's next.
40:38Always remember, I'm Waters, and this is my world.
