00:00Of course we went all out, starting with their warm rosemary focaccia with olive oil and whipped ricotta. Incredible.
00:07Onto their famous octopus carpaccio with roasted tomatoes, pickled eggplant, and toasted bread.
00:12That thinly pounded and sliced octopus is...
00:14This place is known for their pasta.
00:17First, fusilli lunghi, packed with their cacio e pepe sauce, fresh cracked black pepper, and plenty of pecorino romano.
00:24This pasta is a must-devour when you're here.
00:27Next up, their rigatoni verde. Thick, green rigatoni mixed with their ragu bolognese and parmesan. Meaty and delicious.
00:36We couldn't say no to their duck confit agnolati in a rich mushroom gravy finished with parmesan. So good.
00:43And they said we had to try their linguine, packed with a creamy lemon-squeezed sauce, plenty of jumbo lump
00:50crab, and lots of their roasted garlic breadcrumbs.
00:56This was one of Rebecca's favorite dishes here.
00:59We'd definitely recommend this one.
01:02I absolutely love chicken parm, and theirs is just perfect.
01:07And it's steak time.
01:08Their signature seasoned and oiled porterhouse gets diamond-seared on the grill.
01:13Then slid into the oven with plenty of rosemary and more olive oil to look like this.
01:19They cut the meat off that bone.
01:24It gets beautifully sliced.
01:27Plated.
01:29Topped with more rosemary, lots and lots of olive oil, and some salt.
01:34I mean, how could we ever say no to this?
01:37And if you want some steak but not an entire porterhouse, opt for their 16-ounce ribeye topped with melty
01:43herb garlic butter, rosemary, and olive oil.
01:45Spread around that butter and dive right in.
