00:09I always tell people that I'm the luckiest guy in the world
00:13because I get to make video games with the people I grew up with.
00:17Yeah, we've known each other since we were 12, basically,
00:21and doing creative stuff ever since.

00:28Our first game was Planet of Lana,
00:31and Planet of Lana is a cinematic puzzle platformer
00:34that follows young Lana who lives on the planet Novo.
00:38And one day, out of the blue,
00:40this big robot army comes and invades her planet
00:43and takes her sister away and the rest of her village as well.
00:46And then Lana is left behind
00:48and she sort of has to go out on this big adventure
00:50to try and figure out who these robots are, what they want,
00:53and to rescue her sister, basically.
00:55And along the way, she comes across this little creature Mui
00:58that she teams up with
00:59and together they go on this epic adventure.
01:08So, in Planet of Lana 2, we're back on Novo,
01:11but some time has passed since the first game.
01:14And the people living on the planet has gained access
01:17to this new technology that they're using in different ways.
01:20And there's a new tribe on the rise, the Dijingala.
01:23And they're using this technology to exploit the planet's natural resources,
01:28wreaking havoc with their mining operations and big robots.
01:31And when Lana's niece, Anwa, falls victim to this exploitation,
01:36Lana and Mui are forced to once again set out on an epic adventure
01:40to try and set things right.
01:42And Lana and Mui start to uncover more of Novo's dark secrets,
01:46and eventually also the true purpose of the Dijingala exploitation.
01:51So, the core of the game is, of course, still the collaboration between Lana and Mui.
01:56And that's evolved this time around.
01:57So, now you can point Mui all across the screen,
02:00which sounds like a small change, but it opens up so much possibilities
02:04for bigger puzzles and more challenging collaboration situations.
02:09Lana is much more agile. She can now run faster.
02:12She has more responsive controls and she can dive underwater,
02:17which is a big thing because now you can explore the depths and the oceans of Novo.
02:26Mui's hypnotic ability has gotten a major upgrade
02:30where it lets players take full control over weird, quirky creatures.
02:34For instance, you get to play as a tiny little inkfish that you can fit into tight spaces,
02:41and it also has this ink cloud that you can use for opening up stealth for Lana.
02:48So, there's so many new places and areas for players to explore in Planet of Lana 2.
02:53Everything from icy, snowy mountains to a tropical island world, dark forests,
02:59and even urban areas and new villages for players to explore.
03:04So, we're super excited about that.
03:06We've taken everything that we loved from Planet of Lana 1
03:09and we just added another notch on everything.
03:12You know, the puzzles are more challenging and fun and varied.
03:15The story is much richer and deeper.
03:17And in general, it's just a cinematic epic adventure
03:20that's double the length of the first game.
03:22And we are so excited to get it out into the hands of all the players.
