00:07Heart rate 72.
00:10Temperature 97.2.
00:12Good morning to you too.
00:14I play Brianna Young who is a pilot assigned to the Cassiopeia
00:21who goes through a very twists and turns journey
00:25just by virtue of what she does but also with what happens
00:29throughout the game she has no choice but to become a cat basically
00:33and land on her feet, adapt at all times and she does it brilliantly
00:37and it's a really high stakes situation every twist and turn
00:40and she's very excited to play.
00:42We know they're dangerous.
00:43I can handle it.
00:45I really enjoy playing strong female characters who aren't really diving into that strong word.
00:52They have vulnerabilities and there's complications and they're figuring it out
00:57and they're trying to aspire to being something greater but they need the support.
01:02I wasn't sure you'd be here.
01:04She has a father figure character in the story called Stafford
01:08who has taken her under her wing after her father died at a young age
01:12and he protects her to the point where she questions herself a lot
01:16even though she's probably the best in the crew
01:19and it's nice because you get to see what she's trying to figure out behind her eyes
01:24but also make these really like snappy, quick-fire decisions
01:28that prove herself to be the best of the best.
01:31Feel safe now.
01:32And also step up in a way that makes her father figure proud.
01:36Here you are, still flying for the stars, never giving up.
01:41It's truly a horror so being able to play that which I've never done before is really exciting.
01:47There's a lot of running, a lot of looking behind your shoulder, you know, wondering what's there.
01:52Young, what's going on?
01:54The Sims, she's dead.
01:56She's been dead for ages.
01:58Then the team show you the visuals as we go and you're like, that's what I'm fighting.
02:02Oh, I don't think I've survived in that, actually.
02:11It's wild.
02:13It's strange because it's your face but it's not your face
02:15but also it's like watching an animation and thinking,
02:20oh, that character kind of looks like someone I know
02:21and that someone you know just happens to be you.
02:24It's incredible to be able to see all of these characters go through a spectrum of emotions
02:29and have as many twists and turns as maybe like multiple movies do
02:34and play it over and over and not know where you're going to go.
02:37If I had died, would you just pop the airlock and send me floating out into space?
02:41For now, let's just both stay alive.
02:44I want to do a game. I want to play a strong character.
02:46I want to play a pilot again.
02:47I want it to be colorful and it was all of those things rolled in one
02:51so I didn't have a choice. It kind of screamed at me really.
03:00To be continued...
