00:22six weeks it's been a real learning process with his new head coach. They're learning how to work
00:26together. By all accounts they're working very well. They put together a very strong coaching staff
00:31together. You know Joe Shane said it's as simple as learning how to work with a guy. Do I go

00:43he call me back? Does he text me back? Is that the way he likes to communicate? So it's all

00:49process. John Harbour says things are going very well with Joe Shane and there's no reason to believe
00:53they're not. Joe Shane kind of refuted any reports that he is less of a general manager than he was
01:01before John Harbour got here. He said I am still the general manager and indeed he's doing all the
01:06functions and carrying out all the responsibilities that he was doing last year at this time. Joe Shane
01:11said he'd like to re-sign Gwondale Robinson, Jermaine Illuminor and Cordell Flott. John Harbour said
01:18he wants to re-sign all three of those guys. They'll see if it's feasible financially to do so.
