00:10so she didn't go far. Michelle Lynn Hundley-Smith was 38 when she disappeared.
00:17Now, this was December of 2001. She'd gone out to go Christmas shopping at a Kmart in Virginia
00:21and never returned. After she went missing, multiple agencies across two states and even
00:26the FBI spent what authorities say are countless hours looking for her, pursuing multiple leads.
00:32A flyer was handed out at the time that said this mother of three, quote, would not leave her kids
00:37by choice. Then last week, after all this time, officers received a new tip and bam, Smith was
00:43found alive and well. Michelle's cousin said she always believed she was alive and one of those
00:49three kids posted to Facebook, quote, I am ecstatic, I am pissed, I am heartbroken, I am all over the
00:55map.
00:55Yeah, this is baffling. A motive for Smith's disappearance was not known as of Monday night.
