00:00We all agree that the fighting must stop and negotiations must begin from the current line of contact.
00:10President Trump is right to have imposed sanctions on Russia's oil majors, as we all have done.
00:16And now we need to maintain that pressure until Putin shows that he's actually serious about peace.
00:24Vladimir, you've said for months now that you're ready for a ceasefire and ready to meet Putin.
00:31You've shown that leadership.
00:33But Putin continues to meet initiatives for peace by stonewalling and playing for time.
00:40In the last few days alone, Putin has rejected the opportunity for talks once again.
00:47Instead, he's making ludicrous demands for Ukrainian land, which he could not take by force.
00:55Now, of course, that's a non-starter.
00:59At the same time, he continues to target Ukrainian civilians and energy infrastructure ahead of winter, all aiming to maximise human suffering.
01:10So this is the time for pressure, because that's the only way to change Putin's mind, the only way to bring him to the table and stop the killing.
