00:00We stand in solidarity with the people of Ukraine on this, the fourth anniversary of Russia's brutal invasion.

00:07We've seen the huge resistance from the Ukrainian people that has prevented Putin from achieving his war aims.

00:16And today we're announcing a new major package of economic sanctions to keep up that pressure, particularly on the oil

00:23and gas revenues.

00:24We know that the threats to Ukraine's security are also threats to Europe's security and threats to the UK's security.

00:33That's why we stand with Ukraine.
