00:04In this portal era, how hard when you're going through a stretch is it to just have guys keep
00:11the day-to-day focus that you need to be able to compete and win? I think from the outside
00:17perspective, it seems like if things go wrong, everyone can just decide to leave.
00:24Yeah. I guess it's like any relationship.
00:32Fortunately, I've been married for 42 years, and my wife, she's all in, I'm all in.
00:38We go through the ups and downs. When you've got guys that are all in, like Nathan,
00:46he fought his tail off to get back. This was supposed to be his first game back,
00:52but he played last weekend because he was in the training room all the time,
00:55wanting to come back. Well, that's a five-year guy. Our other guys are hurt. It's not like
01:04they're not trying to come back. They are trying to come back. But when you've got guys that
01:12they've got one foot in, one foot out, it's tough. I don't know if we've got guys like that or
01:17not.
01:17You know, I'm worried about the next game. You know, if guys, you know, aren't all in at the end
01:26of the year, we'll know it, they'll know it, and they'll have to go a different direction,
01:30we'll have to go a different direction.
