00:00President Trump was back on the midterm campaign trail Thursday with a stop in a key swing state,
00:05Georgia. And as we've all come to expect, the president had a lot to say. Speaking from the
00:11CUSA steel plant in Rome, Georgia, the president touted his record on tariffs. And he was visibly
00:16angry that he has to wait for the Supreme Court to rule on whether or not they're constitutional.
00:21Plus, he took a victory lap on affordability, saying this.
00:23What word have you not heard over the last two weeks? Affordability. Because I've won. I've
00:31won affordability. He went on to call Democrats' use of the issue a con job and listed all the
00:36things he says are now more affordable, including airfare, car payments, sporting events, and
00:41groceries. The president also slammed Democrats for blocking his voter ID law, accusing them of
00:47wanting to cheat in order to win elections, like November's midterms all around the country.
00:51And speaking of the midterms, a pro-ice ad campaign aimed at reminding Americans about
00:55quote, dangerous illegal immigrants led into the country under the Biden administration,
00:59will begin airing in key swing states, including Georgia, Michigan, and North Carolina,
01:04ahead of the president's State of the Union address next week.
01:07The ad is produced by the conservative nonprofit American Sovereignty.
