Farmers from the Monarto Ag Bureau have delivered 210 bales of hay and straw to the drought-stricken Mallee to provide critical feed for 28,000 sheep and local cattle.

00:07bales of hay and straw were delivered to Brenton Crohn's farm. The livestock feed was kindly donated
00:11by farmers from the Monado Ag Bureau who was inspired to act following stories seen in Stock
00:16Journal back in December. The Low Bank Ag Bureau organised 28 farmers to receive the much-needed
00:22support, many of whom have not recorded a rainfall tally in 2026. The bales will help an equivalent
00:28of 28,000 sheep and some cattle to hopefully get through to when the break arrives.
