Uber will invest over $100M in fast-charging hubs to support its robotaxi rollout as it races Waymo to scale autonomous ride services.

00:16charging hubs in the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Dallas, where it also plans
00:22to launch public robotaxi services with technology partners to compete with Waymo.
00:26A spokesperson said the investment will cover site development, equipment, grid connections,
00:31and related capital expenditures for the charging infrastructure.
