00:13Alphabet would contribute about $13 billion, with the remainder coming from other investors,
00:18including Sequoia Capital, DST Global, Dragoneer Investment Group, and Mubadala Capital.
00:25The funding round could close in February.
00:27Waymo's prior investment round in October 2024 valued the company above $45 billion
00:32and was led by Alphabet, which also owns Google.
00:37Waymo said it has completed more than 20 million trips and operates fully autonomous ride-hailing
00:42services without a human safety monitor in several U.S. cities.
