00:00Speaking up and speaking out against racism in the game,
00:04so how did you feel watching those events on Tuesday?
00:07It's upsetting.
00:10It's upsetting.
00:14There's context that needs to be had in terms of this situation.
00:18Always there has to be context to it.
00:20What I will say, you can see any form of racism in society,
00:26let alone football, is unacceptable.
00:28It's unacceptable.
00:30I cannot speak about an incident where an investigation is ongoing.
00:34I won't speak about that incident.
00:36What I would say is when you see a player upset,
00:39how Vinicius Jr. was upset,
00:42normally they're upset for a reason.
00:44I've been racially abused myself.
00:46I know people have been racially abused.
00:49And what people have to understand is when you are judged
00:51for something that you should be proud of,
00:54it is the worst feeling you can ever possibly imagine.
00:57There are historical things to racism.
01:00I need to, as manager of this unbelievable football club,
01:03make my statement on it.
01:05If any player or any coach or any manager's ever found guilty of racism,
01:10they shouldn't be in the game.
01:11Shouldn't be in the game.
01:12It's as simple as that for me.
01:13But what I will not do categorically is talk about one incident
01:17when there's an ongoing investigation.
01:18Yeah.
01:19Yeah.
