Chelsea head coach Liam Rosenior tells media his team 'have to take accountability' for their run of red cards after Pedro Neto was dismissed in his side's 2-1 loss to Arsenal away in the Premier League on Sunday.

00:00How do you think it's disappointing for Pedro?
00:05Yeah, it's disappointing for Pedro because he's a very, very good player
00:10and we want him on the pitch and up to that moment,
00:13he was actually causing Arsenal so many problems.
00:15The frustrating thing for us, not just today,
00:18but we're going to miss him against Aston Villa.
00:20But it's not just Pedro, I think as a group,
00:23me as the leader as well, we have to take more accountability
00:26for some of the decision-making.
00:29We're having in terms of our discipline
00:31and in terms of the moments of the goals,
00:33not just today, the goals we're conceding,
00:36some of them are just not acceptable at this level.
00:39You can fine players, it's not about the punishment,
00:44it's about finding the reason why.
00:46I don't think Pedro Neto today or West for final last week
00:50would have in that moment been thinking about
00:52if I get a red card, I'm going to get fined.
00:54It's a focus and a concentration thing that we need to get right.
00:59I know the record of the club is not great from the start of the season
01:02and now it's getting bad.
01:04We had ten games when I was in where we didn't have these issues,
01:08but we've had two in two games.
01:09So it's something deep-lined that we need to get to the bottom of.
01:12The thing is for me, if we get to the bottom of those two main things,
01:16we can be a very, very good team and we can achieve all the things we want to achieve.
01:20We need to do something, for sure.
01:23I need to speak to the coaching staff, the staff around the club, the players,
01:30because it's not acceptable because the last, especially the last two games,
01:34we've caused our own issues, even here against a very good team.
01:37You can see there's a lot of good in our play,
01:39there's a lot of good technically, tactically, the quality of our play,
01:42but if we don't eradicate this, it's going to be the thing that costs us.
