00:00If I didn't have another alcoholic drink it'd be absolutely fine.
00:03I don't drink much anymore because I can't hack the hangover anymore.
00:06When I was younger I would probably drink a lot more, not too much but probably one
00:11pint I'll start to feel that in the morning now.
00:14I'll drink one alcoholic drink and then I'll have like a lime soda and then I'll have like
00:19an alcoholic drink. I've started doing that when I know the night's going to be
00:22really long because I just don't think getting drunk is like fun. I think it can get messy,
00:28obviously feeling awful the next day. We might go for a beer or whatever but
00:32it's not the beer all and end all like it used to be. We don't drink much at all do
00:36we anymore?
00:37Maybe maximum like one pint a week and that's pushing it to be honest so for me it's changed
00:42a lot and I'd say the safety. Yeah I'm even more, I'm not teetotal but I'm verging on teetotal.
00:48I just think there's more to life than alcohol. There's definitely less of a pressure now like
00:51you can still go to the pub with your friends and just get a soft drink like I think most
00:55of the time
00:55if I'm meeting up with a friend after work that's what we're doing instead of having a pint.
00:59I'll see you next time.
