00:10:52But Macclesfield stopped Palace, didn't they, in every part of the ground?

00:10:55Yeah, and he just touched on what Paul Dawson did, but epitomising the whole team as well

00:10:59and how they cut the lines off to Crystal Palace, slowed them down, made them look ordinary,

00:11:05really ordinary at times.

00:11:06And it was such a well-disciplined and well-executed performance.

00:11:10And the manager touched on it before the game and after the game, said,

00:11:14we want to play a 4-5-1, we want to cut the lines off into someone like Jeremy Pino.

00:11:18And it's just these lines that it made it look so pedestrian on the ball from Crystal Palace

00:11:24that they knew when to go as well, when to go in numbers that they're saying,

00:11:28right, OK, this is the opportunity that we've got to go high.

00:11:31It's not just those two.

00:11:32You can see there are three, four other players around them forcing the error.

00:11:36And, Dion, they did this for the whole 90 minutes as well.

00:11:38Yeah, we know how good Wharton can be, and he was forced to make mistake after mistake.

00:11:44Just through not one blue shirt going, but three and four, there will be a trigger.

00:11:49The trigger goes, and then they went in behind the trigger.

00:11:52It happened for the whole of the game, and it worked.

00:11:55I mean, the way that they hold the line, Crystal Palace players were offside five or six times today.

00:12:01They just couldn't get themselves in because the two centre-halves were talking, the two full-bats were talking a

00:22:44And when he's wide, he always tries to go direct at his defender so he can create something behind.

00:23:30And it's a fantastic ball across to win it.

00:23:34And it's just something that he was unstoppable today in how he played.
