Trinidad and Tobago is moving to reset its energy diplomacy in the region.
Speaking at the Guyana Energy Conference in Georgetown, Energy Minister Roodal Moonilal acknowledged missed opportunities with Guyana and Suriname — while pitching Port of Spain as a ready partner in their growing oil and gas industries.
