00:00:00Ding, ding.
00:00:01Ladies and gentlemen, welcome back again.
00:00:04You're walking past, you're not quite sure what on earth this is here.
00:00:07Look behind me, it's very simple to understand.
00:00:10Obviously, the Pitch Studio, this is a part of Viva Tech 2022, right here in the heart of Paris.
00:00:18It's all about big ideas, it's all about fresh ideas.
00:00:22Start-ups sharing their concepts, their ideas to help you feel curious,
00:00:26to help you, encourage you, literally, to have a conversation and take that conversation further.
00:00:33Literally, since we've started at the beginning of the week,
00:00:35we have had overflowing ideas from this stage, from different countries,
00:00:40from Canada, from Taiwan, from Portugal.
00:00:43We had a session the other day on Italy as well, and guess what?
00:00:48Right now, we want more of Italian innovation, and that's exactly what we're going to get right now.
00:00:54So this is all about startups' ideas, eight big ideas from the Italian Trade Agency.
00:01:01Right on this stage, we'll hear eight of them.
00:01:04It's very simple indeed.
00:01:05On this stage, they'll share their pitch for three minutes.
00:01:09No more than three minutes.
00:01:11Could you share your idea?
00:01:12Could you persuade someone to think differently in three minutes?
00:01:16Maybe yes, maybe no.
00:01:18That's exactly what startups are going to do in this session now.
00:01:22Then, after the three minutes is up, we then move over to these four lovely people here,
00:01:27who will decide at the end of the session who will walk away the winner of this competition.
00:01:34They will then ask questions.
00:01:36Questions to the startups.
00:01:38Only two minutes.
00:01:39Just to find out a little bit more about, really, what makes these startups tick,
00:01:45what drives them forward, and, but most importantly,
00:01:47help them decide who will be a winner.
00:01:52I will have my favorites.
00:01:54You will have your favorites.
00:01:55I'm sure those of you at home or at work or homework,
00:01:59whatever you're doing, wherever you are in the world,
00:02:01beaming, a little bit of Paris beaming to your screen right now,
00:02:04you will have your favorites.
00:02:06But for this competition, it's the jury who will decide the fate of these startups.
00:02:12Let's now meet, shall we meet the jury?
00:02:15Yeah, let's meet the jury indeed.
00:02:16Please welcome, hands together for our jury members,
00:02:19from the Italian trade agency, Mr. Laurent Sanssouci.
00:02:22Welcome.
00:02:23Thanks for being with us.
00:02:24We also, again, from the Italian trade agency, Sonia Borgon.
00:02:28Thank you so much.
00:02:29From 360 Capital, Emmanuel Lévi.
00:02:33And finally, here on my left, sitting here on my left,
00:02:38is from ESCP, Maiva Tordor.
00:02:43Welcome to this session.
00:02:46Welcome everybody else's.
00:02:47That's right, clap, yeah.
00:02:53They haven't done anything at all.
00:02:56They're just sitting there looking good.
00:02:57They get a clap.
00:02:58That's good.
00:02:58Let's see if they get a clap afterwards when they decide who the winner is.
00:03:02I'm sure they will.
00:03:04Right.
00:03:05Are you ready for the first startup?
00:03:07Yes, you are.
00:03:08I am.
00:03:08I'm intrigued as much as you are to hear what these startups really have to say and have to offer.
00:03:15Absolutely.
00:03:16That's right.
00:03:16You're probably a startup, aren't you?
00:03:17No, you're not.
00:03:18Okay.
00:03:19Ladies and gentlemen, first, our first startup of the session.
00:03:24Please welcome on stage a startup called Security Forge.
00:03:39It works?
00:03:40Okay.
00:03:41Perfect.
00:03:44So, hi everyone.
00:03:46I'm Antonio Lamarra and I'm the CEO and co-founder of Security Forge.
00:03:50I'm here today to talk to you about Garda, our new solution that we are bringing to market.
00:03:57So, we all know that the manufacturing industry is quite complicated and with a lot of interconnected companies throughout the
00:04:06flow of producing something.
00:04:10So, with this deep interconnection, it comes a lot of risk involved.
00:04:16In this year, Toyota lost 500 million of euros because one of their supplier got a cyber attack.
00:04:25It means that for one day, Toyota production had to stop completely in Japan.
00:04:32So, 80% of industrial data in this specific area are just collected and never used.
00:04:41Bear with me.
00:04:4280% are just collected and never, never used.
00:04:46It is a loss of value of 1.2 trillion of euros.
00:04:50To solve all these problems, here in Security Forge, we have built Garda, a secure data sharing platform which enables
00:04:58companies to enhance their data assets.
00:05:02Garda will enable companies to build new services because it's very important right now for these companies to have new
00:05:11services and new revenue streams.
00:05:13Garda will also mitigate the risk involved with data sharing.
00:05:17Companies are not sharing data right now because of many different risks involved.
00:05:23And furthermore, Garda will help companies in being compliant and aligned with standards and regulations out there.
00:05:31And we know that there are many standards and many different regulations.
00:05:36All these features will enable companies to cooperate and compete at the same time on both topics.
00:05:43Whether it is the cut of CO2 emission or the improvement of battery lives, companies can work together and help
00:05:51us in having a better world and a better environment.
00:05:55Our vision is literally to help every single sector to cooperate and compete at the same time via secure data
00:06:04sharing and data sovereignty.
00:06:06Because these are the ways in which you can reduce risks and enable the world to become every day better.
00:06:14So, at the moment, what we have done is we have had a bootstrap mode where we have got 640k
00:06:22euro of revenues and we are looking for 500k in order to improve our product.
00:06:28We already have an MVP to grow our team and let our idea become even, even bigger.
00:06:34So, I really want to thank you all for this amazing opportunity and I invite you to forge Garda together
00:06:42with us.
00:06:43Thank you very much.
00:06:44There we have it, Security Forge. Fantastic. Wonderful.
00:06:48Right. Just turn around slightly.
00:06:51Let's hear from our jury members about what they've just heard.
00:06:55Shall I start? Yeah.
00:06:56Thank you, Antonio.
00:06:58Quick question.
00:06:59I mean, we have two minutes.
00:07:00So, what's the difference with the existing solutions?
00:07:04I mean, if I exaggerate, what's the difference with Dropbox, for example?
00:07:11Okay.
00:07:11We work with industrial data, first of all.
00:07:13So, it means that there are unstructured data collected via MES or ERP systems.
00:07:19We guarantee interpretability with EU standards, such as GAIA-X, IDSA, and all these kind of systems.
00:07:27Plus, we have equipped the platform with advanced capabilities in terms of data manipulation, such as anonymization or homomorphic encryption,
00:07:38second multi-party computation.
00:07:40A lot of different techniques on which we have a very strong background.
00:07:43We have worked on this in the research field and we are bringing it to market.
00:07:50And if you have to mention one competitor, who did the...
00:07:53Baffle.io in the US.
00:07:55It's very, very close to what we do.
00:07:58Thank you.
00:07:59And the first client?
00:08:01Sorry?
00:08:02Do you have already a first client?
00:08:04We do not have customers yet, but we are actively looking for customers.
00:08:08We already entered into agreements with some of them, having memorandum understanding and the like.
00:08:14But, of course, we are moving and we are looking for partnership also for that specific reason.
00:08:21And why are you building this solution?
00:08:25That's a great question.
00:08:27You know, we always think about data, especially with social media, as something that can hurt our lives.
00:08:33You can think about data for manipulating yourself or to treating, to doing something very, very wrong.
00:08:41But data have a very inner power that can be used and must be used for companies because this is
00:08:48what their clients are after for.
00:08:50Statistics say that clients, 74% of customers, are willing to pay for services that can help us in saving
00:08:58time.
00:08:59There we have it.
00:09:00There we have it.
00:09:01That's the end of that.
00:09:02Ladies and gentlemen, once again, hands together for our first startup, Security Forge.
00:09:05Well done.
00:09:06Thank you again.
00:09:07Great.
00:09:07Pop it on there.
00:09:09Wonderful.
00:09:10Right.
00:09:10There we have it.
00:09:11That's our first startup.
00:09:12It's setting the tone of really what this session is all about.
00:09:15As our startup leaves the stage, our jury members are writing down, popping down on their pieces of paper, evaluating.
00:09:23And you're hiding yours, not letting anybody see at all what's going on on that paper behind.
00:09:29And we will know later on when we find out who the winner is.
00:09:33Let's move on now to our next startup.
00:09:36And this is we're going to leave Paris for a little while.
00:09:39Leave Paris.
00:09:40And I believe we're going to Italy somewhere in Italy by the power of Zoom.
00:09:45I hope it's, I think it's Zoom.
00:09:46There we are.
00:09:47Hello.
00:09:50Hello.
00:09:51Do you hear me?
00:09:52I can hear, we can hear you.
00:09:54We can, we can see you.
00:09:56You're looking great.
00:09:57Where, where are you right now?
00:10:00In Rome.
00:10:01You're in Rome.
00:10:02Wonderful.
00:10:03We're here, a few of us here in Paris.
00:10:05And you're in, it looks like a lovely hotel.
00:10:08Is that a hotel room?
00:10:09Where, where are you?
00:10:10Is that a, is that a real background?
00:10:12I'm not sure whether that's a real background or a fake background.
00:10:15There's something tells me, something tells me it's not real.
00:10:18But hey, you're looking good anyway.
00:10:20It doesn't matter.
00:10:20You would look good anywhere.
00:10:21Right, here we go.
00:10:23This is a start-up very called, simply called Sensosan.
00:10:27You have three minutes, all yours.
00:10:31Thanks, sir.
00:10:37Hello, everyone.
00:10:39I'm Bernard Leone, founder of Sensosan.
00:10:41Our company wants to improve the well-being of people.
00:10:45And about experience, health, safety and mental health.
00:10:49Today, we are focused on health safety because it's a mandatory need, a huge need.
00:10:57And the problem, it's very, very huge.
00:11:01We have, do this S1 intelligent nebulizer for the solution.
00:11:06I have a problem with, with the slides, but I go ahead.
00:11:11And our solution, with our solution, you can automatize the sanification process of indoor environments.
00:11:21Today, carried out by only professional facilities companies.
00:11:25So, the, the, the, the old way is the ghostbusters come in your office, in your home, in your, um,
00:11:35uh, manufacturer.
00:11:36The future is our intelligent nebulizers that you can manage from the application or by your, um, by your, by
00:11:46your, uh, by your, uh, uh, by your PC.
00:11:49And, um, you can manage all devices in all over the world, uh, with that system.
00:11:56Um, the market, uh, it's very, very huge.
00:11:59We'll increase because also the regulators increase the health safety protocols.
00:12:04And, um, our company, our business model is, uh, to sell directly to big customers, to license the distribution to
00:12:14other kinds of customers.
00:12:15And, um, we are also in, uh, Amazon Launchpad program to sell, uh, by Amazon Launchpad, uh, our solution.
00:12:24Um, our team is composed, uh, by professional, uh, with experienced, uh, people.
00:12:34Uh, we are, uh, a lot of experience.
00:12:36We, we work a lot, uh, in, um, in open innovation in many, in many, uh, in many areas.
00:12:44Uh, because the, the system, it's very, it's complex, but we have a simplify all.
00:12:50And, um, and, uh, today we will be also benefit company because, um, we, we manage six of, um, six
00:13:03of topics of, uh, UN goals.
00:13:05Uh, and, uh, we rise, uh, we are, uh, in rising, uh, with, uh, 1.5 million euros, uh, for,
00:13:14uh, industrialization of the solution, um, research and development of functional fragrances and, uh, structure the organization company.
00:13:24Thank you very much for your time.
00:13:27And, uh, so in the last page, there is, uh, all some, all my contacts.
00:13:34Fabulous.
00:13:35Ladies and gentlemen, hands together for SensorSan.
00:13:36Thank you.
00:13:38I'm not sure whether we've got all that, all those pages, but hey, whoever has them, they can contact you,
00:13:43which is fantastic.
00:13:44Right.
00:13:45What will happen now is two minutes from our, our jury members asking you questions about, about your startup.
00:13:51Um, maybe first question, because we didn't hear very well your pitch, but what's the need that you are addressing?
00:14:00What your solution is trying to solve?
00:14:04Today, because we have automatized the sanification process today, work by only professional facilities companies by, so, you know, the,
00:14:16you see the ghostbusters in your office, uh, I believe during, especially during the pandemic.
00:14:21And, uh, uh, so, uh, in the future, you, you don't need to, to call the ghost, the ghostbusters to,
00:14:30for the service.
00:14:31You have, uh, our solution and you reduce over the 90% of the cost because, uh, because you cut,
00:14:37you cut the logistic cost and you reduce also the carbon footprint.
00:14:42And, uh, uh, you reduce also the human, um, the human, um, work, but, uh, especially in these cases, it's
00:14:50better because you work also in, uh, contamination, uh, environment.
00:15:03Can you tell me, what is the ghostbuster?
00:15:06I'm sorry.
00:15:06I think I don't know it.
00:15:09So the man or the woman, uh, that, uh, they go in, uh, in the office.
00:15:15So are, um, uh, have a special, uh, special, um, uh, special, um, um, um, cover the head, the body,
00:15:30and, uh, they, they go in the, um, in this indoor environment.
00:15:34So with the photo, it's very, very simple to, to, um, to, um, to understand.
00:15:42Uh, now, um, if, if they work the slides, it's, uh, it's better because it's very, very, it's very, very
00:15:51quickly.
00:15:53But, uh, so this goes fast.
00:15:56The name is fast.
00:15:58Did you, hopefully you heard that.
00:15:59Unfortunately, unfortunately out of time, we will never know.
00:16:04What a ghostbuster actually is.
00:16:07Yeah, very courageous indeed.
00:16:09Ladies and gentlemen, hopefully you'll be able to hear right from here in Paris clapping for you and your startup.
00:16:14You can hear that?
00:16:15Wonderful.
00:16:16Thank you so much.
00:16:17We say farewell to Rome.
00:16:20Farewell to Central Sun.
00:16:21Thank you so much.
00:16:22And move on now to our next startup of this competition.
00:16:25Again, if you're just walking by, you're wondering what on earth is happening here.
00:16:29This is the pit studio, obviously, where, where we share ideas, startup sharing innovation, big ideas, fresh ideas on this
00:16:37stage.
00:16:37Right now, it's all about the Italian trade agency and, uh, and startups, Italian startups sharing their big ideas to
00:16:44you, those at home, and naturally our jury members finding a winner at the end of this session.
00:16:50Who's it going to be?
00:16:51We will find out a little bit later on.
00:16:53Our next startup right now.
00:16:55Please welcome to the stage, Voicemed.
00:17:00Voicemed.
00:17:01Thank you.
00:17:13Waiting for the slides.
00:17:26Apparently, there are problems today with the, from Rome to Paris with the slides, but, anyway, good afternoon, everyone.
00:17:35My name is Arianna Arienzo, I'm the CEO of Voicemed.
00:17:38Oh, here, there, yes.
00:17:40CEO of Voicemed, and today I will bring you in the world of healthcare.
00:17:44So, good afternoon, everyone.
00:17:46Voicemed monitors respiratory health using voice.
00:17:50And how do we do that?
00:17:51Well, first of all, it's important to say how voice is the new dimension of data.
00:17:56Every day we are producing terabytes and terabytes of voice recording.
00:18:00And the interesting thing is that voice is not only quantity, but is also quality.
00:18:05Indeed, voice is the main interaction of the main human organs, including the brain, the heart, and the lungs.
00:18:13And that is why in Voicemed, we monitor respiratory health using voice.
00:18:17And particularly, the main problem that we are solving today address 30 million of people in Europe that are people
00:18:24who suffer from asthma.
00:18:26And the main problem is that only 60% can manage their disease accurately.
00:18:31What does it mean?
00:18:32That when a person suffers from asthma, then it goes automatically out of breath, and two-thirds of the deaths
00:18:39could be preventable, with a better self-management.
00:18:43But thanks from today on, there is Voicemed.
00:18:46Voicemed is a self-management app for asthma, for people with asthma, that brings the spirometry and the self-management
00:18:54into a pocket, into an only click, into an app.
00:18:57And unlike other solutions that rely on additional hardwares, that are hard to carry, that people forget, or unlike the
00:19:05well-being space that is not really targeting the need of asthma people,
00:19:09we actually have a solution that, from one side, improves the breathing control, reduces their symptoms within breathing exercises.
00:19:17And from the other side, it takes the sound from the breathing exercises, and it analyzes with machine learning algorithm,
00:19:23in order to provide a real measurement of asthma.
00:19:27So we want to say to that people, how is their disease evolving, and if they're going through a respiratory
00:19:34health attack, like a digital spirometry.
00:19:37So there are three benefits of our solution.
00:19:39First of all, it's a patient-centric solution.
00:19:41So we aim in reducing their symptoms, in improving their quality of life.
00:19:46But second, we actually aim to reduce the healthcare visit, to reduce cost of hospitalization, which is a big cost
00:19:52for people with asthma.
00:19:54And our business model targets real people with asthma to then get into the reimbursement system and being prescribed by
00:20:00the doctors.
00:20:01And we have been working for collecting data within our partners in Luxembourg and in Italy.
00:20:06We have a patent pending and a certification pending, and we have reached many achievements until now.
00:20:11And this is only thanks to our Voicemail superstar, that is composed by life-scient experts with more than 10
00:20:18years, engineering, and product people.
00:20:20And finally, today, because Viva Technology always has a surprise, we are opening a round, so our second round of
00:20:26investment,
00:20:27that is composed by one million private and one million public.
00:20:31And with this round, we are one step closer to reach our vision, to empowering everyone, everywhere, to be able
00:20:38to know their well-being.
00:20:39So thank you so much, and I'm waiting for your questions.
00:20:44Wonderful.
00:20:44There we are, Voicemail.
00:20:45Fantastic.
00:20:46Right, if I ask you just to stand here, there we are.
00:20:49Let's listen to our jury to find out how they felt about what they've just heard.
00:20:55Can you tell us who did you end up with this project, like who did it start?
00:21:00Yeah, so thank you for your question.
00:21:03So my parents are pulmonologist doctors, so all my families are doctors.
00:21:08And when I grew up, I always felt that I was the only one who knew my well-being, my
00:21:14health status, in a matter of seconds from my phone.
00:21:18And the sad thing is that all the people around me could not.
00:21:23So I grew up while thinking that I wanted to bring healthcare at scale.
00:21:28I wanted to make healthcare more accessible, but through digital technologies,
00:21:33and to combine what the power of data can do to impact more people's lives.
00:21:41And so that was the moment in which I met my other co-founder, that is a life scientist,
00:21:45and the other that is an engineering.
00:21:46And we decided together to create a tool that can actually empower people to self-manage a disease,
00:21:52which is a really big need in this world.
00:21:55So thank you.
00:21:55Can you elaborate a little more about the business model that you had?
00:21:59Because you had this free stage, I mean free, then freemium, and then the reimbursement by the public health sector.
00:22:06But can you just elaborate in a few seconds about it?
00:22:09Yes, so as a digital app, we are starting from the patients.
00:22:15And actually we are starting with a freemium model, so the patient has access to 70% of the app
00:22:20in the freemium version.
00:22:21For the personalized feedback, then he has the 30%, he will have to have a monthly subscription plan.
00:22:29And this is not only for making a lot of money, but it's actually to validate and validate the need.
00:22:34And then it also bridges the gap in which we will actually get into the reimbursement,
00:22:38which, as you may know, it takes like a year and a year and a half.
00:22:42And so we are entering into the UK with the national health care system,
00:22:45and then we are getting reimbursed by that.
00:22:46And then in the future years, we are also entering Germany within the DIGA.
00:22:49We hope that France will also manage to get something similar to DIGA for digital apps,
00:22:53so that we can enter also in the French market.
00:22:56And there we are. We've run out of time. Beautifully, two minutes shared.
00:23:00Ladies and gentlemen, hands together once again for Voicemail.
00:23:06Wonderful. There we have it.
00:23:08So listening to different ideas, Italian trade agency, Italian startups, their innovation, their ideas.

00:23:26all of the startups that are sharing their idea here.
00:23:29You're intrigued, you'd like to know more on the VivaTech web app, the VivaTech web app.
00:23:33You can find all of the startups there.
00:23:36Have a look at them.
00:23:37You like what you hear, you like what you see.
00:23:38Reach out to them, maybe start a conversation.
00:23:40Ladies and gentlemen, we move on to our next startup.
00:23:44Very simply called XRIT.
00:23:57Good afternoon, everyone.
00:24:01I am Clara Corona.
00:24:04I am a member of XRIT staff.
00:24:07XRIT is an Italian company.
00:24:10And we are very glad to be here today to present our product, XRS.
00:24:16XRS is a product designed in extended reality,
00:24:20and it is aimed to engineering and construction.
00:24:24It's a complete system designed, as I said, in extended reality
00:24:29that allowed the interaction between human and machine
00:24:32and the integration of a real environment and a virtual environment.
00:24:39So, XRS, it's a huge opportunity to innovate the work on site.
00:24:47Now, imagine to be an engineer,
00:24:50to plan your fantastic project on your tablet, on your office,
00:24:55and then you have to go on site with tons of papers printed
00:24:59to understand if your project is right for you.
00:25:04And now, get rid of the paper,
00:25:07wear our helmet or use our tablet,
00:25:11and then locate your own project in the real space,
00:25:15in real size,
00:25:16and walk through it without any limit.
00:25:20So, it's a completely new way to carry out the work on the yard.
00:25:25XRS is, in fact, more than a viewer.
00:25:28It's a proper tool.
00:25:30So, it can be used from the planning phase
00:25:35through the construction phase till the maintenance,
00:25:37and it helps to complete the work on time
00:25:40to stream verification procedures,
00:25:43eliminate technical errors,
00:25:45and increase safety standards.
00:25:47That means that you can do a lot of things
00:25:52with just one solution.
00:25:53You can take linear measurements
00:25:57thanks to GPS system.
00:25:59You can reduce work and reworks time.
00:26:02You can run virtual meeting with avatar function,
00:26:06and you can simulate risky situation
00:26:08to improve the safety on your yard.
00:26:11So, XRS implement different setups
00:26:16that can be declined to meet the needs of all the companies.
00:26:22And please, come to visit us to our stand
00:26:27to understand better how it can work.
00:26:30I want to underline that XRS technology
00:26:33is a patent-pending system.
00:26:35We improved extended reality
00:26:38with artificial intelligence and Internet of Things.
00:26:43XRS benefits are many.
00:26:46It helps to reduce the time of transferring
00:26:58and physical inspection,
00:27:01and overall improve the productivity.
00:27:06So, now, XRS is a product that is mature.
00:27:11It's in the market.
00:27:12It's in the market,
00:27:13and we'll never know what's next.
00:27:15We might know right now, actually,
00:27:18from our jury members.
00:27:19Ladies and gentlemen,
00:27:20hands together for XRIT.
00:27:22XRIT.
00:27:23Fantastic.
00:27:24I'm going to ask you just to stand here.
00:27:25There we are.
00:27:26And let's hear from our jury members
00:27:28about what they've just heard.
00:27:29Thank you for your presentation.
00:27:31Thank you.
00:27:32Who's actually supported?
00:27:33Who's the team driving this business?
00:27:35We have a team composed by 10 professionals.
00:27:40Here in this studio,
00:27:41there are two of our CEO and administrators here.
00:27:45And basically,
00:27:47we are professionals skilled in 3D modeling,
00:27:51games developing,
00:27:53because it's necessary
00:27:55and knowledge about game engine.
00:27:58So, programmers, of course.
00:28:02So, basically,
00:28:03these are the main professionals in our team.
00:28:07Also, architects, engineering, and so on.
00:28:18What are you looking at
00:28:19in terms of,
00:28:21I mean,
00:28:21are you interested by funding,
00:28:23by...
00:28:24Okay.
00:28:25We are pretty happy
00:28:28of our product.
00:28:29It is already in the market,
00:28:30as I was saying.
00:28:32We have different partners
00:28:35in Italy and abroad.
00:28:37We are looking for,
00:28:38mainly,
00:28:39we are looking for distributors
00:28:40to extend our market
00:28:42all around the world.
00:28:43At the moment,
00:28:44our product is distributed
00:28:46in 100 countries in the world
00:28:49and with an exclusive deal
00:28:56with Arabic countries.
00:29:00So,
00:29:01we would like to reach
00:29:03all the markets around.
00:29:05So,
00:29:05this is what we are looking for here.
00:29:09And what does your customers say
00:29:11when they are happy
00:29:12from your products?
00:29:13Yeah,
00:29:13they are.
00:29:14At the moment,
00:29:15we are in 15 different yards
00:29:18in Italy
00:29:19with Infratel,
00:29:20which is a company
00:29:21that,
00:29:22for the public body,
00:29:24works for fiber
00:29:25in Italy.
00:29:27so,
00:29:28they are pretty happy
00:29:29of this.
00:29:30Ladies and gentlemen,
00:29:31hands together
00:29:32for XRIT.
00:29:34Wonderful.
00:29:34Fantastic.
00:29:35And I must say,
00:29:37before you go,
00:29:37come over here,
00:29:38come over here,
00:29:38quick, quick, quick.
00:29:39I must say,
00:29:39whatever the outcome
00:29:41of this competition,
00:29:42you,
00:29:43I must say,
00:29:43over three days,
00:29:44I have been on this stage
00:29:45for three days,
00:29:46pictures,
00:29:48ideas,
00:29:49people,
00:29:49lots of,
00:29:49hundreds of people
00:29:50standing here,
00:29:51but you actually win,
00:29:52for me,
00:29:53you win the prize,
00:29:55the imaginary prize
00:29:57of the best
00:29:58color-coordinated person
00:30:00of the pitch studio stage,
00:30:03as if you knew
00:30:04these were the colors
00:30:05we were going to have.
00:30:06So,
00:30:06you don't win anything,
00:30:07it's just imaginary,
00:30:09right?
00:30:09Let's see if you win this.
00:30:11Thank you.
00:30:11Okay,
00:30:11you're welcome.
00:30:12Bye-bye.
00:30:13Right.
00:30:17But it is,
00:30:18absolutely,
00:30:18as if,
00:30:19as if she knew
00:30:20the colors
00:30:20of this pitch studio
00:30:22would be like this,
00:30:23right?
00:30:24We move on.
00:30:25our next startup
00:30:27of this competition,
00:30:29again,
00:30:29Innovation Italian Trade Agency,
00:30:32Innovation from Italy.
00:30:33He's here,
00:30:34he's ready,
00:30:35he's keen.
00:30:36Please welcome to the stage,
00:30:37he's already here,
00:30:38Hcom.
00:30:41Perfect.
00:30:42Hi, everyone.
00:30:43First of all,
00:30:44I'm sorry that we have
00:30:45only three minutes,
00:30:46it would be a beautiful
00:30:47trip into.
00:30:48So,
00:30:49Hcom,
00:30:50we are seeing
00:30:50multi-sensory
00:30:52gateway technology.
00:30:54unfortunately,
00:30:55it's not a video,
00:30:56but if we,
00:30:57now we were in Dubai,
00:30:59in our each quarter,
00:31:00and in our office,
00:31:01you will be able
00:31:02to experience
00:31:03a space
00:31:04where the five senses
00:31:05are totally involved.
00:31:07Now we are going
00:31:07to see how.
00:31:08But starting with
00:31:09where.
00:31:10So,
00:31:11my father's idea
00:31:12as an architect
00:31:13and interior designer
00:31:14since four years
00:31:15was
00:31:16how it's possible
00:31:18to create
00:31:18a dynamic environment.
00:31:19how the living space
00:31:21can be changing
00:31:22constantly
00:31:23according
00:31:24of how we change.
00:31:26Because most of the time
00:31:27we are totally
00:31:28different,
00:31:29every day,
00:31:30every moment,
00:31:31but the living space
00:31:32is constantly static
00:31:33and we are what
00:31:34we experience.
00:31:36So,
00:31:37four points.
00:31:38The first one,
00:31:39static living spaces,
00:31:41as I said,
00:31:41that don't allow
00:31:42the full integration
00:31:43of the digital world.
00:31:45Second point,
00:31:46the metaverse
00:31:47is still,
00:31:48right now,
00:31:49it's a big market,
00:31:50but we are still
00:31:51seeing that
00:31:52as a use of
00:31:53just VR
00:31:54or AR technology.
00:31:56There is much more.
00:31:57Distance between
00:31:58digital and physical world.
00:31:59Like still,
00:32:00people,
00:32:01when we talk about
00:32:01metaverse,
00:32:02they don't really
00:32:02realize what it is.
00:32:04And the last point
00:32:05that is related
00:32:06to our services
00:32:06is stress,
00:32:08anxiety,
00:32:08and bad habits
00:32:09are something
00:32:10that are increasing
00:32:12every year.
00:32:14So,
00:32:15Hcom
00:32:15is a spin-off
00:32:17of H-Sign
00:32:18that is 12 years
00:32:19research and development
00:32:20that have patented
00:32:22technology
00:32:22that will bridge
00:32:25physical and digital
00:32:26world together.
00:32:27We transform
00:32:28living spaces
00:32:31that adapt
00:32:32to the needs
00:32:33of the people
00:32:33in day-by-day life.
00:32:35Services to improve
00:32:37life quality
00:32:37and five senses experience.
00:32:40So,
00:32:41one gate,
00:32:42infinite world
00:32:43to explore,
00:32:44that is totally related
00:32:45with metaverse solution.
00:32:47We are going to see
00:32:47now how.
00:32:48We are addressing
00:32:49the market
00:32:49with technology,
00:32:51multi-sensory room
00:32:52that we are talking about,
00:32:53services,
00:32:54programs and treatments,
00:32:57and metaverse.
00:32:59Next.
00:33:00That's how it works,
00:33:02the technology.
00:33:02We worked more than
00:33:03three years
00:33:04with psychologists,
00:33:05neurologists,
00:33:05psychotherapists
00:33:06to understand
00:33:07how the brains react
00:33:08to stimulus.
00:33:10Now we know
00:33:10how to use
00:33:11the five senses
00:33:12to create
00:33:12certain effects.
00:33:14We don't have time
00:33:15for that,
00:33:15so we are going
00:33:17to skip to the services.
00:33:18We are using
00:33:19for business,
00:33:20for showcasing
00:33:21and connect.
00:33:22We are using
00:33:23for treatment
00:33:23and life path programs,
00:33:26and we use
00:33:26for entertainment,
00:33:28game,
00:33:28and leisure time.
00:33:30Metaverse,
00:33:31that will be
00:33:32really interesting
00:33:33to be into that,
00:33:34but I would like
00:33:35to just go
00:33:36to the target market.
00:33:37We are addressing
00:33:38to go into
00:33:39the hospitality,
00:33:41residential,
00:33:42healthcare,
00:33:42world of art.
00:33:43We have a gallery
00:33:44in Dubai
00:33:44that is just
00:33:45opening the 10th of March,
00:33:46and the web tree.
00:33:48There we are,
00:33:49opening the 10th of March,
00:33:50and we'll never know
00:33:51what happens next.
00:33:52Right,
00:33:52we might do.
00:33:54Well done.
00:33:55H.com,
00:33:56okay,
00:33:56let's hear,
00:33:56if I ask you
00:33:57just to stand here,
00:33:58just stand there,
00:33:59and let's hear
00:33:59from our jury members.
00:34:03Which are
00:34:05your next steps
00:34:06in the future?
00:34:08What are you going to do?
00:34:09So now our step
00:34:10is scaling
00:34:11around the world.
00:34:12We have the first,
00:34:13let's say,
00:34:14example and concept
00:34:15in Dubai
00:34:15with the 360 room
00:34:17that is connected
00:34:17with our,
00:34:19let's say,
00:34:19side company
00:34:20that is Artispace,
00:34:21that is basically
00:34:21the creator content
00:34:23for this technology.
00:34:24Our step is like
00:34:25scaling around
00:34:26the world
00:34:27in different locations.
00:34:28For example,
00:34:29US is the next step,
00:34:30Europe,
00:34:31Paris is one
00:34:32of the main
00:34:32target with London,
00:34:34and Seoul,
00:34:34it's the next also.
00:34:36So in 2022,
00:34:37we are trying
00:34:38to scale
00:34:38in this world.
00:34:39Because people,
00:34:40if I'm telling you
00:34:41about multi-sensor reality,
00:34:42you will not
00:34:43really understand.
00:34:44You need to go
00:34:44and experience.
00:34:45When you understand
00:34:46that,
00:34:46you step into that,
00:34:47you will say like,
00:34:48ah, okay,
00:34:49that's how it works.
00:34:52Can you tell us
00:34:53a bit more about you,
00:34:55what's your background?
00:34:56Yes,
00:34:57absolutely.
00:34:58So my background,
00:34:59I start working
00:35:00with the family company
00:35:02as architecture,
00:35:03interior design,
00:35:03and after that
00:35:05I bridge into
00:35:06the projects
00:35:07and it was related
00:35:08to many different areas
00:35:10because we collaborate
00:35:11from psychologists
00:35:12to neurologists,
00:35:13the field artists.
00:35:15So I'm the CEO
00:35:16and actually I bridge
00:35:17all these,
00:35:19let's say,
00:35:1910 years of research
00:35:20and I have on my shoulder
00:35:22like all the experience
00:35:24that we're making
00:35:25from these different
00:35:26professionals
00:35:26and specialists
00:35:28that we collaborate on
00:35:29to create this product.
00:35:35and can you give us
00:35:37the reason
00:35:38why you had
00:35:39your first client?
00:35:40What were you looking for?
00:35:42So our first clients
00:35:44now are into
00:35:46the wellness
00:35:46and hospitality,
00:35:48sorry,
00:35:48wellness and clinics
00:35:50and hospital
00:35:50collaborating with
00:35:52the,
00:35:53I need to say
00:35:54finger cross,
00:35:55with the ministry
00:35:56of health
00:35:57of Abu Dhabi
00:35:57and we are now
00:35:59addressing real estate
00:36:00for luxury experience
00:36:02for like high-end clients
00:36:04and digital art.
00:36:05There is a huge market
00:36:06of digital art
00:36:07that it's
00:36:08There we have it.
00:36:09A huge quantity.
00:36:10Thank you.
00:36:11And we don't hear anymore.
00:36:12Thank you so much.
00:36:13Hcom, well done.
00:36:15Not easy, is it?
00:36:16Again,
00:36:17three minutes
00:36:17can go really quickly.
00:36:18I mean,
00:36:19I'm thinking,
00:36:19you know,
00:36:19what can you do
00:36:20in three minutes?
00:36:22I mean,
00:36:22can you boil an egg?
00:36:23I think you can, right?
00:36:24Boil an egg,
00:36:25three minutes.
00:36:26I'm not quite sure
00:36:27what else you can do
00:36:27in three minutes
00:36:28but it's not a lot of time
00:36:29to get people's attention,
00:36:31get people to think differently
00:36:32and hopefully,
00:36:33hopefully start
00:36:34a conversation
00:36:35with them as well.
00:36:36Hopefully,
00:36:37that is what
00:36:38our startups
00:36:38are doing right now
00:36:40as we move now
00:36:41on to the next
00:36:42startup on the stage.
00:36:44This startup
00:36:45is called
00:36:47Aidapt.
00:36:48Thank you.
00:36:54So,
00:36:55good afternoon
00:36:56to all of you.
00:36:57I'm Lucia
00:36:57from Aidapt
00:36:58and I have a question
00:37:00for you.
00:37:01So,
00:37:01what do we realize
00:37:02from these last years?
00:37:04We realize
00:37:04that the healthcare sector
00:37:06is an extraordinary
00:37:07asset for our well-being.
00:37:09However,
00:37:10it suffers
00:37:11from limitations
00:37:12as during the years
00:37:14it suffers
00:37:15from a technology gap
00:37:16with respect
00:37:17to the other sectors
00:37:18which needs
00:37:19investments
00:37:20in digital solutions
00:37:22to be bridged.
00:37:23and we realize
00:37:25that many assessments
00:37:26can be performed
00:37:28remotely
00:37:29avoiding overcrowding
00:37:31of hospitals
00:37:32or unnecessary
00:37:33travels for patients
00:37:34and we realize
00:37:36that research
00:37:37needs data,
00:37:38needs digital
00:37:39structured data
00:37:40to go on,
00:37:42to go over
00:37:43and not piles
00:37:44and piles of papers.
00:37:46This is why
00:37:47we developed
00:37:48the Homelicare Systems.
00:37:50This is a system
00:37:51taught for neurological patients.
00:37:54The patient needs
00:37:55to download
00:37:56the web application
00:37:57on their smartphone,
00:37:58tablet and PC
00:37:59to video selfie themselves
00:38:01while performing
00:38:02simple assessment tasks
00:38:04such as
00:38:05blowing kisses
00:38:06or making smile
00:38:07or repeating
00:38:09some words
00:38:10and the audio-video
00:38:11data streams
00:38:12are sent to the cloud
00:38:14where deep learning
00:38:15algorithms
00:38:16process it
00:38:17and output
00:38:19index of progress
00:38:20that the clinicians
00:38:21can see
00:38:22on their dashboard
00:38:23to view
00:38:24how the pathology
00:38:26actually progresses.
00:38:28So daily
00:38:29we produce
00:38:31and give away
00:38:32a lot of
00:38:33multimedia data
00:38:34a lot of audio
00:38:36a lot of video
00:38:37a lot of photo
00:38:38let's now think
00:38:40if these data
00:38:41are useful
00:38:42to map
00:38:43the disease progression
00:38:45to know more
00:38:46on a pathologist.
00:38:47This is Homelicare.
00:38:49so thank you so much
00:38:50for your attention.
00:38:54Wonderful.
00:38:54You did that.
00:38:55You know what?
00:38:55You did that in two minutes.
00:38:57Oh God.
00:38:58No, great.
00:38:58It's good.
00:38:59It's really good, isn't it?
00:39:00To do it so quickly.
00:39:01Right.
00:39:01I'm going to ask you
00:39:02just to shuffle across here.
00:39:03Yeah, sure.
00:39:05But actually
00:39:05you know what I'm going to do
00:39:06you've got another minute
00:39:07you want to talk
00:39:07you can keep talking
00:39:08if you want to.
00:39:09Okay.
00:39:10Let's do that.
00:39:10Yeah.
00:39:10Keep talking.
00:39:11Maybe I can show some slides
00:39:11because I don't know
00:39:13my slides don't go on.
00:39:15Try it again.
00:39:17Okay.
00:39:18Okay.
00:39:18Are we there?
00:39:19Okay.
00:39:20I'll give you another
00:39:2045 seconds.
00:39:21Go for it.
00:39:22Okay.
00:39:22You have 35 seconds
00:39:24so I can show you
00:39:25the concept
00:39:25which is basically
00:39:26we use smartphones
00:39:28so consumer devices
00:39:30which are their own
00:39:31microphone and cameras
00:39:33to acquire data
00:39:35because you know
00:39:36everyone of us
00:39:37has a smartphone
00:39:38and so we want to
00:39:39democratize
00:39:40this kind of
00:39:41monitoring applications
00:39:42and of course
00:39:45these acquired data
00:39:46multimedia data
00:39:47so video selfies
00:39:48which are processed
00:39:49and this is
00:39:49on the right side
00:39:50the dashboard
00:39:51for the clinicians
00:39:52to view
00:39:53how actually
00:39:54the pathology evolves.
00:39:58Okay.
00:39:58There we are.
00:39:59Right.
00:40:00Ladies and gentlemen
00:40:00hands together
00:40:01for Aidapt.
00:40:02Wonderful.
00:40:03Good.
00:40:03Right.
00:40:05Let's hear from
00:40:06our jury members.
00:40:11Can you
00:40:12yes
00:40:12can you tell us
00:40:14a little more
00:40:14about the team
00:40:15behind the project?
00:40:17Yeah.
00:40:18Okay.
00:40:18So I am
00:40:19one of the co-founders
00:40:20and I am a bioengineering
00:40:22with a PhD
00:40:23in information engineering
00:40:24and I am involved
00:40:25in the field
00:40:26of multimedia data analysis
00:40:27as I am an expert
00:40:29on deep learning technologies
00:40:31and the other members
00:40:32of the team
00:40:33who are there
00:40:34and I thank you
00:40:34for being there
00:40:35are all information engineering
00:40:37so we are mainly engineering
00:40:40there is a lot of development
00:40:42in these kind of solutions
00:40:44because there are a lot
00:40:45of algorithms
00:40:45to analyze
00:40:46this kind of data
00:40:50who's paying
00:40:51for this service
00:40:52is it the patient
00:40:53is the national health
00:40:56system
00:40:56okay so
00:40:57we are going
00:40:58to go in the market
00:40:59as a B2B
00:41:00so there are
00:41:02in Italy
00:41:03we have
00:41:04lots of private
00:41:06clinics
00:41:07to follow
00:41:08this kind of pathologies
00:41:09which are mainly
00:41:10neuropathologies
00:41:11as ALS
00:41:12SMA
00:41:13and strokes
00:41:14so we are going
00:41:15to go as a B2B
00:41:16so selling this kind
00:41:17of product
00:41:18to the clinics
00:41:19or the hospitals
00:41:22and what about
00:41:24the competition
00:41:24the competition
00:41:26the other companies
00:41:27that does that
00:41:28okay so
00:41:29concerning the other
00:41:30competitors
00:41:30there are competitors
00:41:31working in the field
00:41:32of telemedicine
00:41:33however
00:41:34this telemedicine
00:41:36needs the clinician
00:41:38to stay connected
00:41:39while the patients
00:41:40do these assessments
00:41:41so in this kind
00:41:43of products
00:41:44it's a sort
00:41:44of telemedicine
00:41:452.0
00:41:46because the clinician
00:41:47is not forced
00:41:48to say online
00:41:49while the patient
00:41:50do the assessment
00:41:50as the patient
00:41:51has this application
00:41:52and needs to do
00:41:54some simple
00:41:55assessment tasks
00:41:56as making smile
00:41:57and the clinician
00:41:59then sees
00:42:00the outcomes
00:42:01from algorithms
00:42:02so this is
00:42:04mainly our core
00:42:07ladies and gentlemen
00:42:08hands together
00:42:09once again
00:42:09for ADAPT
00:42:10well done
00:42:11thank you
00:42:11thank you
00:42:12all good
00:42:12very good indeed
00:42:15fabulous
00:42:17right
00:42:18time now
00:42:19to listen
00:42:19to our next
00:42:20start up again
00:42:21of the Italian
00:42:22trade agency
00:42:23competition
00:42:23all about
00:42:25Italian innovation
00:42:26we've heard
00:42:27already
00:42:28we've already
00:42:29heard six
00:42:30that's right
00:42:30we've got another
00:42:31couple of ideas
00:42:32to share on the stage
00:42:33and then after that
00:42:34we have a very
00:42:35very short break
00:42:35the jury will go
00:42:37behind and
00:42:38dispute and argue
00:42:40and come back
00:42:40but they will come up
00:42:41with one single
00:42:43winner
00:42:43come back here
00:42:44and we'll announce
00:42:45the winner very
00:42:45very shortly
00:42:46indeed
00:42:46right now
00:42:47our next start up
00:42:48is
00:42:49Light Science
00:43:03okay
00:43:04it works
00:43:04hi
00:43:05good evening everybody
00:43:07my name is Marco
00:43:07and I'm talking to you
00:43:08about Light Science
00:43:09today
00:43:10have you ever
00:43:11had an alpha day
00:43:12off to have your blood
00:43:14tested
00:43:14it's painful
00:43:15it's boring
00:43:16and the
00:43:18sampling
00:43:19it's
00:43:19I don't want to know it
00:43:21but the 70%
00:43:23of the medical decision
00:43:24are based on blood tests
00:43:26so
00:43:27we developed
00:43:28a way
00:43:29to perform it
00:43:31in just four
00:43:32simple steps
00:43:32at first
00:43:33people
00:43:34have to finger his brick
00:43:35then
00:43:36they will have to
00:43:37depot
00:43:38their blood
00:43:39on the card
00:43:41then insert
00:43:42into the machine
00:43:42and send it
00:43:43the machine will send it
00:43:45to the cloud
00:43:45where AI
00:43:46alongside with the human
00:43:47professional
00:43:48could process the data
00:43:49and send back the results
00:43:50we can do this
00:43:52thanks to
00:43:53the best in class
00:43:54of the technology
00:43:56available on the market
00:43:57such as
00:43:57NIR spectrometry
00:43:58or machine learning
00:44:01we protected
00:44:02our idea
00:44:03with many different patents
00:44:05and at the core
00:44:06there is
00:44:06this patent
00:44:07that has been granted
00:44:08already in Italy
00:44:09and by the way
00:44:10also in Hong Kong
00:44:11is such good news
00:44:14we have other patents
00:44:16that reinforces
00:44:18the IP protection
00:44:20around this instrument
00:44:21and this technology
00:44:23and
00:44:23okay
00:44:24and
00:44:25we are open
00:44:26to assessment
00:44:27from third parties
00:44:28so we published
00:44:29the most we can
00:44:30of our data
00:44:31and
00:44:31we wrote
00:44:32scientific papers
00:44:34and we presented
00:44:34posters around
00:44:35the best in class
00:44:36of the
00:44:37medical conference
00:44:38here in Europe
00:44:39by the way
00:44:40I just came back
00:44:41from VN
00:44:42where I presented
00:44:43the brand new data
00:44:44at the European Society
00:44:45of Human Genetics
00:44:48the prototype
00:44:49we are using
00:44:51we were using
00:44:52this is the new one
00:44:54it's pretty good
00:44:55and
00:44:56it can reach
00:44:58the 80%
00:44:59of the quality
00:45:00of the
00:45:00already on the market
00:45:02gold standard techniques
00:45:05here
00:45:05we are presenting
00:45:06you
00:45:06our brand new model
00:45:08which is
00:45:09engineered
00:45:09not only
00:45:10to be
00:45:11better
00:45:12in the construction
00:45:13and in prices
00:45:14but also
00:45:14in the user experience
00:45:16because patients
00:45:17are at the center
00:45:18of our thoughts
00:45:20the first vertical
00:45:22we want to approach
00:45:23is Phenylketonuria
00:45:24which is one of the
00:45:25most common rare
00:45:25disease
00:45:26but as you can see
00:45:27even if it's rare
00:45:28in name
00:45:29it's a market
00:45:30that makes
00:45:30this product
00:45:32sustainable
00:45:33we have a rich
00:45:34group of team
00:45:35and advisors
00:45:36and I'm really glad
00:45:37to have a team
00:45:39around me
00:45:39that can support
00:45:40the project
00:45:41under many different
00:45:42point of view
00:45:43of informatics
00:45:44medicine
00:45:44biotechnology
00:45:45and business
00:45:48we are here
00:45:49to open a round
00:45:50and I hope
00:45:52someone is interested
00:45:53and come back
00:45:54to us
00:45:54to have more information
00:45:55and thank you very much
00:45:57for your attention
00:45:59ladies and gentlemen
00:46:00there we are
00:46:00light science
00:46:01fantastic
00:46:01right
00:46:02I'm just going to ask you
00:46:03just to stand there
00:46:04there we are
00:46:04perfect
00:46:05and then we listen
00:46:07or you listen
00:46:08I don't
00:46:08well we all do
00:46:09but you listen
00:46:09to the questions
00:46:10from your jury
00:46:12hello
00:46:13hi
00:46:13thank you for
00:46:14your presentation
00:46:15could you tell us
00:46:17a bit
00:46:17what are the
00:46:18next certification
00:46:19steps you have
00:46:20in front of you
00:46:21and the timing
00:46:21yeah
00:46:22that's a very nice
00:46:23question
00:46:24because
00:46:25you know
00:46:25in medical devices
00:46:26there is a
00:46:27Death Valley
00:46:28startup
00:46:28to reach the market
00:46:30we don't only have
00:46:31to do the CE marking
00:46:33but also we have
00:46:34to lead a clinical trial
00:46:36in order to prepare
00:46:37our CE file
00:46:39and this is long
00:46:40and costs a pile of money
00:46:42but
00:46:42it's the way
00:46:43people can be safe
00:46:45using any medical instruments
00:46:46here in Europe
00:46:47where we have
00:46:48very nice
00:46:49and protective
00:46:50for the citizenship rules
00:46:55who is your typical
00:46:57customer
00:46:58in this specific
00:46:59use case
00:47:00which is focused
00:47:01on rare disease
00:47:02but we can implement
00:47:03new use case
00:47:04in case of
00:47:05other
00:47:06you know
00:47:06condition
00:47:07we are going to test
00:47:07our customer
00:47:09is
00:47:09the few
00:47:10centers
00:47:11that are capable
00:47:12to manage
00:47:12those patients
00:47:13in Italy
00:47:14as well
00:47:14in French
00:47:15there is
00:47:15just one clinic
00:47:16per region
00:47:17that is capable
00:47:18to do this
00:47:19so we want
00:47:20to use a B

00:47:30we've got another
00:47:3145 seconds
00:47:31on the clock
00:47:32if you have
00:47:32another question

00:47:37is it not yet
00:47:38ready to be sold
00:47:39right
00:47:39you have to raise
00:47:40funds to make it
00:47:41yeah
00:47:42how long does it take
00:47:43to be built
00:47:44if you have the money
00:47:45that's a very nice
00:47:46question
00:47:47we can plan
00:47:48the
00:47:50the time
00:47:50we are going
00:47:51to give
00:47:52to the authorities
00:47:52the CE file
00:47:53but
00:47:54now
00:47:55in Europe
00:47:55we are facing
00:47:56a earthquake
00:47:58in the regulation
00:47:59because we are
00:48:00in the middle
00:48:01of a tool framework
00:48:02so the
00:48:03the offices
00:48:04in charge of this
00:48:05are very crowded
00:48:06and it's very difficult
00:48:07to reply
00:48:08you know
00:48:09when it will be
00:48:11on the market
00:48:11but we are sure
00:48:12that in 36 months
00:48:14we can
00:48:14give all the documents
00:48:16to the authorities
00:48:18there we are
00:48:19ladies and gentlemen
00:48:20hands together
00:48:21for light science
00:48:22wonderful
00:48:22there we are
00:48:24a titanic move
00:48:25at the end
00:48:26from light science
00:48:30right
00:48:30we're moving on now
00:48:31to our next big idea
00:48:33next big idea
00:48:35of
00:48:35remember
00:48:36Italian trade agency
00:48:37start-ups
00:48:38Italian start-ups
00:48:39ready to share
00:48:40the big ideas
00:48:41for you right now
00:48:41you at home
00:48:42at work

00:48:43our jury members
00:48:44as well
00:48:45please welcome
00:48:46our next
00:48:47start-up
00:48:48and our next start-up
00:48:49very simply
00:48:50is called
00:48:50MyLime
00:48:56hi everyone
00:48:57and thank you
00:48:59I am Elena Mollia
00:49:00the CEO
00:49:01of MyLime
00:49:02and thank you
00:49:04Hcom
00:49:05to introduce
00:49:06Metaverse team
00:49:07because
00:49:08we introduced
00:49:10the Fidgetal team
00:49:11so
00:49:12which is the problem
00:49:14that we solve
00:49:15counterfeit products
00:49:17and lack of transparency
00:49:18and trustability
00:49:19in the product journey
00:49:22which is
00:49:23what does it mean
00:49:24MyLime
00:49:25MyLime
00:49:26means
00:49:26my limited edition
00:49:27that
00:49:28are two characteristics
00:49:30that
00:49:30increase the value
00:49:32of a product
00:49:33MyLime
00:49:34means ownership
00:49:35and Lime
00:49:36means limited edition
00:49:37so
00:49:39which
00:49:40is
00:49:42our solution
00:49:43our solution
00:49:44is a blockchain
00:49:45based platform
00:49:46that
00:49:48creates
00:49:49the digital
00:49:50product
00:49:51passport
00:49:52of the object
00:49:53so
00:49:54we can
00:49:55notarize
00:49:56each
00:49:57important
00:49:58event
00:49:58along
00:49:59the entire
00:50:00value
00:50:01lifecycle
00:50:02from the production
00:50:04to the after sales
00:50:06so
00:50:07for example
00:50:08we work
00:50:09B2B
00:50:09in the luxury
00:50:11market
00:50:12but also
00:50:12in other markets
00:50:13and we
00:50:15start in the automotive
00:50:16industry
00:50:17in fact
00:50:17you can see
00:50:18a standardize
00:50:20of
00:50:21which is
00:50:22inserted
00:50:23in the digital
00:50:23product passport
00:50:24for example
00:50:25we can see
00:50:26the digital product
00:50:27identity
00:50:28also the maintenance
00:50:29also the special parts
00:50:31because
00:50:31our digital product
00:50:33passport
00:50:33can insert
00:50:34all the phases
00:50:36by authorizing
00:50:37parties
00:50:38this is
00:50:39very important
00:50:41because
00:50:42it's important
00:50:43who can write
00:50:45on the blockchain
00:50:46and who can
00:50:47authorize
00:50:48the data
00:50:49so
00:50:50how does it work
00:50:52our solution
00:50:53first of all
00:50:54we create
00:50:55the digital twin
00:50:57of the product
00:50:58so
00:50:58we select
00:51:00an entry point
00:51:01you can see
00:51:02for example
00:51:02one of
00:51:04our tag
00:51:05because
00:51:06we
00:51:06use
00:51:07tag
00:51:08RFID
00:51:09or we use
00:51:10QR code
00:51:11or serial number
00:51:12to create
00:51:13the digital twin
00:51:14for example
00:51:15you can see
00:51:16the bike
00:51:16of Colnago
00:51:17that is
00:51:18a bike
00:51:19maker
00:51:19like
00:51:20is the Ferrari
00:51:21of the bike
00:51:22and we put
00:51:23that tag
00:51:24that we
00:51:25customize
00:51:25then
00:51:26we collect
00:51:27the data
00:51:28along the value
00:51:29chain
00:51:30by a
00:51:30production app
00:51:32that can
00:51:33the operator
00:51:34in the production
00:51:35field
00:51:36can notarize
00:51:37the data
00:51:38and also
00:51:39can manage
00:51:40the data
00:51:40and also
00:51:42the other
00:51:43events
00:51:44by a dashboard
00:51:45and the
00:51:46final customer
00:51:47can see
00:51:49all the
00:51:50data
00:51:51by a customer
00:51:52app
00:51:53and plus
00:51:54we link
00:51:55an NFT
00:51:56so this is
00:51:58one of
00:51:58our clients
00:52:00and
00:52:01we'll never know
00:52:02we might know
00:52:03hopefully we'll
00:52:04ladies and gentlemen
00:52:05hands together
00:52:05for my Lime
00:52:06wonderful
00:52:07there we are
00:52:09I'm going to ask you
00:52:10just to stand there
00:52:10fantastic
00:52:11just there
00:52:12and now
00:52:13let's hear from
00:52:13our jury
00:52:14what they feel
00:52:15about what they've
00:52:16just heard
00:52:16you mentioned
00:52:17just two references
00:52:18Saint-Gobain
00:52:19and the second one
00:52:20didn't have the time
00:52:21to look at
00:52:25we launched
00:52:27the company
00:52:29in 2018
00:52:30I have an idea
00:52:32I have an idea
00:52:34in 2017
00:52:35the other co-founder
00:52:38is an ex-director
00:52:39innovation
00:52:40of Maserati
00:52:41so we start
00:52:42in automotive
00:52:43because automotive
00:52:44is one of
00:52:46the most complex
00:52:46market
00:52:47to do the
00:52:48traceability
00:52:49of all the parts
00:52:51that's okay
00:52:51and also
00:52:53because
00:52:53the connection
00:52:54but for example
00:52:57I put
00:52:58we launched
00:52:59in 2019
00:53:00in CES
00:53:01at Las Vegas
00:53:02the collaboration
00:53:04with Saint-Gobain
00:53:05and our last client
00:53:07is called
00:53:09Nago
00:53:09that we launched
00:53:11the C68
00:53:14and we put
00:53:16with all the bikes
00:53:17have our solution
00:53:21do you have
00:53:22other verticals
00:53:23you would like
00:53:24to address
00:53:24with your technology
00:53:25like
00:53:26yeah
00:53:26yeah
00:53:26yeah
00:53:27we
00:53:28okay
00:53:29we are
00:53:30we start
00:53:31in automotive
00:53:31but the other
00:53:32categories
00:53:33is like
00:53:34in the mobility
00:53:34okay
00:53:35because we divide
00:53:36okay
00:53:37the digital product
00:53:39passport
00:53:40is composed
00:53:41by events
00:53:42okay
00:53:42so
00:53:43we divided
00:53:44the product
00:53:45by
00:53:46updatable
00:53:47and non-updatable
00:53:49so
00:53:49we focus
00:53:50on the mobility
00:53:51market
00:53:51because
00:53:52there are
00:53:53so many
00:53:54updatable
00:53:54products
00:53:55like
00:53:55automotive
00:53:56yachting
00:53:57okay
00:53:58bike
00:53:58and other
00:53:59industries
00:54:00okay
00:54:00for example
00:54:01also infrastructure
00:54:03also design
00:54:04okay
00:54:04but we are
00:54:06in other market
00:54:07in other luxury market
00:54:08because
00:54:09this correlation
00:54:10between physical
00:54:11and digital
00:54:12is really important
00:54:13in fact
00:54:14we have
00:54:15one-to-one
00:54:16plus the digital
00:54:17product passport
00:54:18we add
00:54:19the NFT
00:54:20that is
00:54:21one of the
00:54:21one of the
00:54:23one of the
00:54:25one of the
00:54:26one of the
00:54:27we'll never know
00:54:28but ladies and gentlemen
00:54:29right now
00:54:29hands together
00:54:30for my lime
00:54:31thank you
00:54:32thank you
00:54:35right
00:54:35guess what
00:54:36we have just
00:54:37listened to
00:54:37believe it or not
00:54:39unfortunately
00:54:41it's come to
00:54:42that's right
00:54:43we've come to
00:54:44the last
00:54:44that was
00:54:45my lime
00:54:45was the

00:54:56now is the
00:54:56moment of truth
00:54:57right

00:54:58you've got your
00:54:59favorites
00:54:59you've probably
00:55:00maybe picked
00:55:01one or two
00:55:02that will stand
00:55:03out as the

00:55:08left-hand side
00:55:09we'll go off

00:55:11very shortly
00:55:12we'll stay away
00:55:13for about three
00:55:13minutes
00:55:14three minutes
00:55:15right
00:55:15we'll come back
00:55:16and then we
00:55:17will announce
00:55:18who that
