ASEAN head signals optimism on stabilizing South China Sea

The Secretary General of ASEAN, Kao Kim Hourn, told DW at the MSC there is "hope and optimism" that Southeast Asian countries will resolve tensions with Beijing in the South China Sea with a joint code of conduct.
